Main responsibilities:

• Create advertising creatives based on gameplay recordings or in-game assets (including capturing gameplay footage in Unity when needed);
• Generate fresh and engaging ideas for creatives.

Our ideal candidate:

• At least 1 year of experience in gamedev as a Motion Designer;
• Understanding of composition, editing principles and techniques, sense of rhythm, and ability to work with color;
• Ability to work with sound and basic knowledge of sound design;
• Understanding of core animation principles;

What We're Looking For

The Strategic Projects (SP) unit is our team dedicated to testing and validating new acquisition channels and partnership models before they scale. It's early-stage, fast-moving work — we're often building creative strategy from scratch on channels with no established internal playbook yet.

We're looking for a Motion Designer to join SP full-time, supporting a small, high-autonomy team as we test creative across a mix of emerging channels and formats. This is a great role for someone with solid production experience who wants more ownership and variety than a standard in-house motion role typically offers — you'll be creating for platforms and contexts that are genuinely new to the company, not just executing an established playbook.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate, direct, and upscale AI video, voice, and image assets using advanced pipelines (Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, etc.) to create high-converting video ads.
• Craft visually compelling animations and videos across a range of platforms and ad formats, including some newer or less standard ones
• Develop engaging transitions, typography, visual effects, and compositing sequences
• Maintain consistency with visual brand direction while flexing for creative experimentation
• Elevate emotional storytelling to drive performance, not just polish
• Stay plugged into emerging motion trends, mobile-first formats, and platform-specific best practices
• Collaborate closely with the wider creative and growth team to translate ideas into effective visuals
• Take ownership of your pipeline — from concept to final render — with speed and agility
• Contribute fresh thinking to ideation, testing, and iteration cycles across multiple concurrent projects

Required skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer, ideally within performance marketing or a fast-paced creative environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion range and mobile-first thinking
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (Figma a plus)
• Proficiency or curiosity in AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, or similar
• Ability to work independently, manage time and priorities, and hit deadlines in a fast-changing environment
• Familiarity with creative performance metrics and a desire to create ads that convert
• Ability to comfortably communicate in English with international teammates (text syncs, sharing assets, feedback) and easily learn from global technical resources.

• Керувати продакшеном через AI-інструменти. Одне відео треба адаптувати під Україну, США та ~15 європейських мов. Руками це місяць роботи, з AI це день.
• Збирати креативи на основі наших дизайнів у Figma. Всі продуктові макети живуть там
• Малювати статичні креативи, коли треба: банери, картинки для постів і реклами. 
• Ітерувати за фідбеком: подивились метрики, зрозуміли, що чіпляє, зробили наступну версію

• cтворення відео креативів у Adobe After Effects відповідно до технічного завдання, бренд-гайдів та креативних концепцій (анімація елементів, тексту, персонажів, UI тощо); 
• редагування та доопрацювання готових проєктів/шаблонів: внесення правок, адаптація відео під різні формати та платформи (соцмережі, реклама, веб);
• ротоскопінг та композитинг: акуратне вирізання об’єктів, робота з масками, поєднання кількох відео-шарів в єдину сцену, базова кольорокорекція;
• трекінг (motion / camera tracking): відстеження руху об’єктів для коректного накладання графіки та анімаційних елементів у відео; 
• співпраця з дизайнерами та іншими членами команди.

• Досвід використання AI-інструментів для оптимізації процесів;
• Розуміння драматургії short-form контенту, структури Hook, Retention, Conflict, Call to Action;
• Англійська на рівні Upper-Intermediate+ для роботи з англомовним контентом;
