We're a small branding and packaging studio. We work mostly with founder-led CPG brands — coffee, specialty food and beverage, cannabis — and we're hiring a marketing designer to own everything that happens after the packaging is done.

Обов’язки на цій посаді:

• cтворення відео креативів у Adobe After Effects відповідно до технічного завдання, бренд-гайдів та креативних концепцій (анімація елементів, тексту, персонажів, UI тощо); 
• редагування та доопрацювання готових проєктів/шаблонів: внесення правок, адаптація відео під різні формати та платформи (соцмережі, реклама, веб);
• ротоскопінг та композитинг: акуратне вирізання об’єктів, робота з масками, поєднання кількох відео-шарів в єдину сцену, базова кольорокорекція;
• трекінг (motion / camera tracking): відстеження руху об’єктів для коректного накладання графіки та анімаційних елементів у відео; 
• співпраця з дизайнерами та іншими членами команди.

Що потрібно буде робити:

• Створювати motion-креативи для IGaming-продуктів.
• Працювати із задачами від media buying команд та напряму комунікувати з баєрами.
• Адаптувати та розвивати актуальні креативні підходи.
• Працювати з AI-генераціями та використовувати їх у продакшені креативів.
• Збирати та адаптувати gameplay-матеріали.
• Для частини задач — створювати заготовки та gameplay для подальших UGC-зйомок.
• Працювати з готовою внутрішньою бібліотекою матеріалів, проєктів та шаблонів.
