About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer with strong experience in performance marketing, ideally with a background in Fintech, Trading, Crypto, or similar products.

You’ll work on a mix of performance creatives and more polished branded videos — sometimes following strict brand guidelines and detailed briefs, sometimes moving fast and testing new ideas for paid campaigns.

AI is already a big part of our production workflow, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable combining traditional motion design with modern AI tools and more advanced prompting.

Your day-to-day:

• Create motion ads for Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and other paid channels
• Produce both performance creatives and branded videos
• Work with motion graphics, editing, stock footage, AI-generated visuals, VO, music, and sound design
• Turn briefs and scripts into strong visual executions
• Create iterations and variations based on performance results
• Research competitors, visual trends, and new creative approaches
• Test new AI tools and workflows that can make production faster or better
• Work closely with Creative Producers, UA managers, and other designers

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of professional Motion Design experience
• Strong portfolio with solid animation and editing skills
• Experience creating creatives for performance marketing is a must
• Experience in Fintech, Trading, Crypto, Banking, or similar niches is a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of After Effects, including its core 3D tools
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Media Encoder
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Higgsfield (Seedance 2.5), Google Flow (Veo 3), Nano Banana, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar

About the Role

We are building next-generation Generative AI technology for the gaming industry, changing the way video advertising content is produced and scaled. • Craft engaging video and static creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok;
• Develop performance creatives with a clear structure and messaging logic — from the hook and main narrative to the product value and CTA;

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role;
• Experience creating creatives for paid social / performance marketing;
• Strong understanding of performance creative anatomy: hooks, body / narrative development, CTA, pacing, messaging hierarchy, and attention retention;
• A solid grasp of composition, typography, color theory, and design principles;
• Proficiency in After Effects (bonus points if you're familiar with Figma);

Requirements:
• 1+ years of commercial experience in 2D Motion Design, with a strong portfolio or showreel;
• Confident Adobe After Effects skills;
• Good visual and Motion Design foundation, including composition, typography, animation principles, timing, and pacing;

Responsibilities:
• Create advertising and promotional motion videos for social media, including Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Stories, and feed ads;
• Analyze briefs, communication goals, audience information, references, and project requirements before starting production;
• Research relevant references, trends, and visual approaches when needed;
• Contribute to creative concepts and explore solutions through sketching, storyboards, styleframes, or animatics when appropriate;
• Create 2D animations in Adobe After Effects, including typography, transitions, kinetic text, basic VFX, and logo/product animations;
• Edit and adapt existing footage, brand assets, graphics, and UGC into engaging social media creatives;
• Use AI tools to generate or enhance assets and video fragments and integrate them into Motion Design and video production workflows;
• Iterate creatives based on briefs, feedback, creative direction, and brand requirements;
• Adapt creatives and prepare multiple versions for different channels and placements, including 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9;
• Prepare and export final files for publishing according to technical requirements;
• Meet agreed deadlines and communicate progress, blockers, and changes early;
• Maintain organized project files and follow established brand guidelines;
• Learn from feedback and available performance data to continuously improve future creatives.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with AI image or video generation tools and generative workflows such as image-to-video, video-to-video, or AI-assisted editing;
• Experience creating advertising or performance marketing creatives;
• Experience working with gaming, digital entertainment, or similar consumer products;
