🎬 Motion Designer (Gambling / Betting) We are looking for a Motion Designer who can create dynamic, high-converting video creatives for the gambling / betting vertical.

🔥 Responsibilities

• Creating video creatives for gambling / betting (casino, slots, sportsbook)
• Working with AI-generated video tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Kling, Sora, and equivalents)
• Animating interfaces (mobile apps, bank notifications, gameplay, wins, and fund withdrawals)
• Creating win-effects (cash flow, glow, flashes, balance growth, payout effects)
• Handling revisions and rapid iterations from the team

✅ Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer (preferably in gambling / betting / nutra / crypto)
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Photoshop
• Ability to execute dynamic editing and create strong hook scenes

The main goal of this role is to strengthen our creative team and scale performance-driven advertising through high-converting visuals.

Core focus: production of advertising creatives as a key driver of performance marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-performing advertising creatives for multiple traffic sources
• Generate images and video content using AI tools
• Develop visual concepts for different verticals and campaigns
• Adapt creatives for various formats, platforms, and geos
• Work with lip-sync and dynamic video content when required
• Continuously test, iterate, and optimize creatives based on performance data
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and idea generation for new ad concepts

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Animate VFX effects for game mechanics (explosions, particles, light effects)

• Character animation in Spine 2D — rigging and animating game characters

• Slot animation: reels, symbols, win sequences, UI elements

• Working with graphic assets in Figma — export and sprite preparation

• Generating supporting assets, textures, and images using AI tools

• Collaborating with the team and aligning results with the Art Director

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Confident command of After Effects — expressions, plugins, rendering

• Experience with Spine 2D — rigging and character animation

• Figma proficiency for asset export and management

• 2+ years of animation experience, preferably in the gaming industry

Also expected (required):

• Hands-on experience with AI tools: image generation (Midjourney, Stable
