Platform & Infrastructure

• Evolve our WordPress ecosystem, optimize, extend, or architect the path beyond it as needed
• Build and maintain the practitioner directory with intelligent match/search, filtering, booking integrations, and lead routing that actually works at the membership tier level

You build with AI as a first principle, not an afterthought. You use Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools daily, not because someone told you to, but because you can't imagine working without them. You've shipped real things with AI agents, not just experimented.

You're a full-stack generalist who leans toward backend and systems. You can wire up a WordPress site, build an API, write a Python script to enrich thousands of records, deploy a Next.js frontend, and configure a CI/CD pipeline, all in the same week. You don't need a team of five to get something live. You lean it, do it yourself and get it done, even with AI agents.

You think in revenue, not just in code. When you look at a practitioner directory with tiered memberships, you see the funnel. You understand that the booking integration isn't a feature request, it's how members justify their $600/year. You ask "what does this unlock for the business?" before "what framework should I use?"

You're comfortable in ambiguity. We're a very resourceful team. Requirements won't always be spec'd out. You'll sometimes get a voice note and a Notion page and need to turn it into a working system. That excites you, not frustrates you.

PR & Visibility Expert (US-based)

We’re looking for someone who can help position our agency in front of the right people before any sales outreach happens.

This role is all about building trust and visibility across the channels where US e-commerce founders and marketing leaders discover partners and shape opinions — podcasts, niche media, conferences, private events, and professional communities
 

Who we’re looking for:

• Based in the US (Miami preferred, NYC or LA also strong)
• Existing network with podcast producers, organizers, or relevant media contacts
• Proven track record securing placements in podcasts, publications, or industry channels
• Ready to attend local conferences and represent the agency, helping generate new business and grow brand awareness
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and performance growth tools
• Experience with agencies, service businesses, or e-commerce brands is a strong advantage
• High ownership, independent execution, strong communication

Must-have
– Location: NYC / LA / Miami (first priority) · Chicago / Austin - acceptable
– 5–12 years of experience in B2B PR, media relations, or related roles

You are a universal soldier, a swiss-army knife when it comes to the front-end frontline of a website, a service, or a marketplace. You're comfortable working with a talented band of designers and engineers. Does that sound like yourself? Then we have an opportunity for you.

Who you are:

• You have at least 2+ years of relevant work experience;
• You have strong knowledge of HTML 5, CSS3, responsive, cross-browser markup, and CSS preprocessors;
• You know JavaScript and you are aware of the latest ES features;
• You are confident with React framework;

• You have experience working with WebPack / Parcel, Babel;
