You will own the visual quality of the project end to end: world building with geospatial terrain streaming and high-fidelity asset libraries, lighting and atmosphere design, asset modeling for in-scene actors, VFX, and the asset pipeline that ties it all together.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming industry.
• Strong portfolio with examples of character concepts, environments, and other assets for slot games.
• Solid understanding of composition, lighting, color, stylization, materials, and various art styles/rendering approaches.
• Ability to quickly generate creative ideas using AI tools (ideally Nanobanana).
• Ability to adapt to the project’s visual style.
• Experience with, or readiness to work across, a wide range of art styles.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Nanobanana Pro and ChatGPT; experience with Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and other AI tools will be a plus.

Вимоги:

- наявність портфоліо та досвід роботи на позиції Graphic Designer-а від 3-х років;

- знання Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects);

- зацікавленість у трендах графічного дизайну, колористики, композиції та анімації;

- вміння працювати в команді та дотримуватись дедлайнів;

- досвід у створенні 3D віжуалів та ілюстрацій – буде перевагою.

Обов’язки:

- розробка графічного контенту для digital каналів комунікації;

- створення графіки для рекламних проявів продуктів компанії;

- формування базової анімації (банери, контент для SMM);

- дизайн лендингів.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

• 3+ роки досвіду у графічному / креативному дизайні.
• Hard Skills: експертне володіння Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Навички роботи у Figma та Adobe After Effects (базова анімація) будуть великим плюсом.
• Уміння створювати векторні ілюстрації для: мерчу, пакування, поліграфії та цифрових матеріалів.
• Уміння працювати з версткою текстів: заголовки, акценти, читабельність, адаптація під різні платформи і формати.
• Уміння перетворити великі об’єми інформації і статистики в зрозумілу й естетичну інфографіку.
• Глибоке розуміння типографіки та принципів візуального сторітелінгу.
• Досвід у розробці брендбуків та корпоративного мерчу.
• Досвід операційної роботи з візуалами для внутрішніх комунікацій та подій.
   
• Soft Skills: Уважність до деталей, креативність, орієнтованість на користувача, продуктове мислення, розвинена емпатія і тайм-менеджмент.
• Мови: Українська - рідна, англійська - B2

• Створення візуального ДНК: розробка та впровадження брендбуку, який відображатиме характер MilTech-сфери: технологічність, силу та інновації.
• Створення персонажів та маскотів: розробка фірмових героїв та стікерпаків, що “оживлять” комунікацію та стануть частиною нашої культури.
• Створення ілюстрацій: для брендованої продукції і внутрішніх медіа, які перетворюють складні меседжі на зрозумілі та емоційні образи.
• Створення культового мерчу: дизайн одягу та аксесуарів, які команда носитиме з гордістю, та розробка дизайну пакування подарунків.
• Data Visualization: перетворення сухої статистики та результатів роботи у круту інфографіку та презентації для всієї компанії.
• Оформлення комунікацій: дизайн для розсилок, внутрішніх порталів та друкованих матеріалів.
• Препродакшн: грамотна підготовка файлів до друку (pre-press) або передача вихідних файлів під анімацію (After Effects).
• Командна гра: участь у брейнштормах, де твої ідеї можуть стати основою для наступної великої внутрішньої кампанії.
