Про проєкт:

Це довготривалий проєкт у сфері iGaming, спрямований на створення інноваційних рішень та ігор нового покоління. Ви будете працювати у команді з досвідченими інженерами та технічним архітектором з 15+ роками досвіду.

Жодного легасі - ви працюватимете з чистим пайплайном, сучасними інструментами та матимете прямий вплив на візуальний стиль та інтеграцію ігрових елементів.
 

Що робити у проєкті?

Як Tech Artist, ви станете ключовою ланкою між командою художників, аніматорів та розробників. Ваша головна зона відповідальності - технічна інтеграція графіки та анімацій у проєкт, а також побудова ефективних пайплайнів для їхнього використання у продакшені.

• Організовувати та готувати графічні ассети, надані художниками, для інтеграції у рушій
• Інтегрувати Spine-анімації та 2D-графіку у проєкт, забезпечуючи їх коректну роботу в реальному часі.
• Оптимізувати контент під вимоги рушія та продуктивності.
• Налаштовувати пайплайни та технічні інструменти для спрощення роботи команди.
• Збирати фічі у грі використовуючи готові анімації з використанням Internal No Code AI Framework
• Співпрацювати з гейм-дизайнерами, художниками, аніматорами та фронтенд-розробниками для узгодження технічних рішень.
• Впливати на візуальну якість фінальних продуктів через технічну експертизу.

Ми шукаємо початківця, який уже має теоретичну базу або мінімальний практичний досвід роботи зі Spine-анімацією та підготовкою 2D-графіки. Людина, яка розуміє логіку побудови скелетної анімації, не боїться розбиратися в технічних пайплайнах, готова активно навчатися під керівництвом ментора та поступово занурюватися в комунікацію з нашою міжнародною командою.

Які професійні навички нам важливі?

• Теоретична база або мінімальний комерційний/пет-досвід на позиції Tech Artist, аніматора або суміжній ролі в геймдеві.
• Впевнене володіння Photoshop (розуміння того, як правильно нарізати та готувати асети до анімації).
• Базові навички роботи у Spine (розуміння принципів ригінгу та створення простих скелетних анімацій).
• Розуміння базових принципів оптимізації графіки (що таке атласи текстур, чому важливий розмір файлів тощо).
• Теоретичне розуміння пайплайнів розробки 2D-ігор (як арт перетворюється на готову гру).
• Величезне бажання вчитися, відкритість до конструктивного фідбеку та вміння ставити правильні запитання.
• Хороші комунікаційні навички для ефективної взаємодії всередині команди.

HYRO GAMES is a UAE-based studio making casual and hyper-casual games for web browsers and mobile. We're hiring a 2D/3D game artist to create and reskin game art that makes each of our titles look unique.

You'll work directly with our Unity developer — they handle the code and builds, you handle the visuals. We build many games from ready-made Unity templates, so a big part of the work is reskinning: giving each template a fresh, distinct look (characters, environments, UI, icons) so it stands out.

What you'll do:

• Create and reskin 2D and/or 3D game art in a casual / hyper-casual style — characters, environments, props, UI, icons
• Work inside Unity: import assets, set up sprites/prefabs/materials, basic animation, simple VFX, and UI layouts
• Produce app icons and store screenshots that help games get installs
• Collaborate with the developer so art fits the game and runs well

You need:

• 2+ years creating game art, with a portfolio of casual/mobile-style work
• Strong 2D and/or 3D art skills in a clean, appealing casual style
• Comfortable working inside Unity (importing and setting up art, materials, simple animation, UI) so you can deliver reskinned builds with little developer help
• Good eye for color, composition, and UI
• Reliable remote communication

Big plus:

• Hyper-casual / casual game art experience specifically
• UI/UX art, icon design, light animation and VFX ("juice")
• Experience reskinning templates or shipping multiple titles
• Spine, DOTween, particle effects
