Creative Production Manager

About the role
Our creative team produces high volume of performance creatives (video, static and animation) for several product teams and user acquisition, with experienced producers, established workflows and internal tooling already in place.
Production operations is the next area we're building out: a dedicated layer that owns how work comes in, how it's prioritized, how capacity is planned, and how we can increase the volume of production constantly.
This is an operations role: you'll manage a team of 10–15 AI creators and own the timely delivery of marketing creatives.

What you'll do
 

• Build and own a real capacity of the AI creative team model: what the team can produce, by type and complexity
• Own the path every project follows: brief, production, feedback, delivery - and make it work for every project
• Run intake and prioritization across product teams and UA; maintain one visible queue
• Research and remove what decreases capacity
• Recognize dependencies, risks and blockers early, and bring solutions with them
• Own the delivery data: volume, cycle time, on-time rate, planning accuracy, use it to forecast

What we're looking for
 

• Project or production management experience in a content or performance creative team - is a must; experience in a creative agency, production studio, in-house creative team - ok to have
• Experience in several creative production streams running at once, across multiple projects and stakeholders
• Experience in increasing marketing creatives delivery volumes or cutting cycle time
• Strong experience in managing strict deadlines, risk and resource management
• Autonomy and fast taking ownership over the processes
• Fluency with task trackers, dashboards and docs (Jira, Asana, Notion, Confluence, Airtable, Slack or similar)
• Professional English
