Junior (Trainee) Short-Form Content Creator

As our Junior Content Creator, you are the voice of our gaming audience. You understand the pain and the joy of gaming and the current memes floating around Discord, Reddit, and Twitch. You will translate that deep gaming intuition into creative ideas, working with our marketing strategy to build content gamers actually care about. In this role, creativity meets structure: you will track tasks through project management tools and keep production moving efficiently.

Requirements

• Active gamer with deep knowledge of modern titles, gaming culture, and gaming memes.
• Punctual, structured, and capable of managing personal deadlines without constant hand-holding.
• Self-motivated mindset with strong attention to detail in planning and execution.
• Ability to write clear scripts and communicate ideas distinctly to team members.
•  High willingness to learn social media strategy, production pipelines, and marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm weekly concepts for short-form video content tailored to modern gamer culture.
• Write clear scripts, storyboards, and shot lists for daily/weekly social media schedules.
• Act as on-screen talent (if comfortable) or gather raw gameplay/B-roll required for concepts.
• Maintain production deadlines by uploading raw footage and creative briefs to the task tracking system for the Motion Designer.
• Monitor trends across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Twitch to keep our content calendar fresh.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align creative ideas with campaign deadlines and project pipelines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Notion.
• Any prior experience in content creation, social media management, or media production.
• Willingness and confidence to film yourself for short videos.
• Simple understanding of mobile video recording, lighting, or basic framing.
