Chief Business Development Officer

We are looking for a Chief Business Development Officer to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and expand our presence in the Web3 ecosystem. You will lead commercial strategy, build strategic relationships and work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to accelerate adoption and revenue. This is a long-term opportunity, specifically open to candidates living abroad.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial Strategy.
• Previous management experience with responsibility for leading business development or sales teams.
• Experience within crypto or blockchain industries.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Own revenue targets and business development KPIs.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
