Who We’re Looking For
We're looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to join our Finance team and support the day-to-day financial operations of our European business, with a primary focus on the Romanian market.
In this role, you'll manage invoices, payments, cash flow, and monthly financial reporting while ensuring the accuracy of financial operations for our Romanian legal entities. You'll work closely with Accounting, Operations, and external partners to keep financial processes efficient and compliant.
 

We're looking for someone with experience in European finance operations, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Requirements

• At least 3 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of financial processes and accounting documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, FGO
• Experience working with banking systems and payment platforms is a plus.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Process and pay invoices, ensuring accurate accounts payable management.
• Execute recurring payments and monitor company bank accounts.
• Prepare and issue invoices to partners, while tracking accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Cash Flow and partner reports.
• Perform financial reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Handle refunds, payment disputes, and card payment approvals.
• Collaborate with the accounting team, banks, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day finance operations.
