The Role

We run a subscription product across mobile and web. Payments go direct, through our own provider stack — Stripe, Unlimit, Payable, Traspay, SolidGate, Checkout.com, ADN, Apple.

We are looking for a Senior Payments Manager to own the day-to-day of the payments direction: onboarding new providers and products, domain compliance, fees, reconciliation and approval rate on rebills.

This is a role for someone who already does all of this hands-on but has not yet held a Head title. You work directly with the CEO, own your area end to end, and grow into Head of Payments as the direction scales.

What you will do

• Provider onboarding: new PSPs, plus new products with providers we already work with — applications via agents, merchant ID registration, entities
• Domain compliance: preparing the websites we submit for onboarding to meet provider requirements — knowing what has to be stated, how and where (terms, refund and subscription cancellation policy, pricing, product description, contacts, support) and keeping it current after underwriting
• Recurring and rebills: retry logic, soft/hard declines, payment-method update flows, reducing involuntary churn
• Approval rate: audit by GEO, provider and card scheme, routing and cascading priorities
• Commercial terms: helping negotiate fees and rolling reserves, auditing commissions to see where the money leaks
• Reconciliation and reporting: settlement reconciliation, payment reporting, cost transparency per product and provider
• Analytics: your own dashboards on payment metrics, built with AI tools

What we expect

• 3+ years in payments on the merchant side

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Group Reporting and IFRS Leadership:

• Lead the Group reporting and IFRS consolidation function, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent financial reporting across all locations
• Take overall responsibility for the preparation of the Group’s IFRS financial statements and related disclosures
• Provide guidance and final technical conclusions on complex, significant, and non-routine accounting and reporting matters
• Develop and maintain Group accounting policies, reporting standards, and methodological guidance
• Ensure consistent application of IFRS and Group accounting policies across legal entities and jurisdictions
• Establish and maintain effective governance over the Group reporting process
• Oversee the quality of financial information submitted by local finance teams and address material reporting issues
• Lead the external audit process and manage relationships with auditors
• Monitor developments in IFRS and lead the implementation of new reporting requirements

Finance Excellence and Transformation:

• Lead and coordinate the execution of the finance excellence and transformation agenda across finance processes
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, systems, data quality, and organizational effectiveness
• Coordinate transformation initiatives and cross-functional finance projects
• Challenge existing finance processes and practices and develop practical recommendations for improvement
• Drive the standardization of finance processes, policies, controls, responsibilities, and data definitions
• Identify unnecessary manual processes and recommend proportionate solutions
• Support the development of reliable and scalable finance systems and reporting architecture
• Contribute to the governance of the Group chart of accounts, reporting dimensions, mapping rules, and finance master data
• Act as a senior finance representative in automation initiatives and ERP integration
• Monitor delivery of transformation initiatives and ensure that expected benefits are achieved.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent
• Strong senior-level experience in IFRS reporting, consolidation, and audit in Big 4 (Manager, Senior manager level) is a must for this position, supported by 3+ years' track in finance management, process improvement, FP&A or similar
• Deep practical knowledge of IFRS and experience resolving complex accounting matters
• Experience working in an international, multi-entity, or multi-jurisdictional organization is a strong asset
• Proven experience leading finance transformation, process improvement, ERP integration and automation initiatives is a strong asset

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Operations Specialist to support the financial processes of our media buying department. In this role, you will manage reconciliations, payments, reporting, and financial documentation while helping improve and automate existing workflows.
The ideal candidate is confident working with large volumes of financial data, has strong Google Sheets skills, and understands the specifics of finance operations within media buying or performance marketing teams.

About the Role

Crypto never sleeps, and once something settles, it settles — there's no chargeback, no "undo," no calling the bank to reverse it. That's basically the whole job in one sentence: you make sure every deposit, withdrawal, trade settlement, OTC leg, staking payout, and institutional transfer goes out right, on time, every single time.

We're talking about millions of dollars in client and corporate assets moving every year, where one wrong address or wrong network is permanent. So yeah, this is a serious role — but we're not looking for someone who's stiff or robotic about it. We want someone who's genuinely good under pressure, sharp with details, and treats "100% accuracy" as just... the normal standard, not some heroic achievement.

You'll run settlement day-to-day, own how the whole thing is controlled, and be the person people come to when something's about to go sideways — right before it reaches the Deputy CFO.

What You'll Do

Keep Settlements Moving (and Correct)

• Own settlement end-to-end — crypto in/out, fiat payouts, stablecoin transfers, OTC trades, institutional funding, all of it
• Make sure everything lands on the right asset, right network, right memo/tag, right address — no exceptions
• Get comfortable working across multiple chains (BTC, ETH, L2s, Solana, Tron, etc.) — gas fees, congestion, reorgs, all the fun stuff
• Work inside dual-control / four-eyes setups — approve what's yours to approve, escalate what's not
• Personally handle the high-stakes, VIP, and institutional settlements — including proper callback checks before anything moves

Keep Everything Reconciled

• Own daily reconciliation across on-chain balances, exchange ledgers, custodians, and bank accounts — unexplained gaps aren't really a thing you let slide
• Make sure client and company money never mix, and keep the paper trail to prove it
• Chase down the weird stuff — stuck transactions, wrong-network deposits, dust, lost memos — until it's actually resolved
• Keep a clean break log and root-cause tracker, and give Finance a clear weekly picture

Manage Wallets & Liquidity

• Keep hot/warm/cold wallets funded and balanced so settlements never get stuck waiting on liquidity
• Take part in signing operations (MPC / multi-sig / HSM) — quorum ceremonies, break-glass procedures, the works
• Look ahead and flag liquidity shortfalls before they become actual problems
• Be the go-to person for custodians, banks, PSPs, market makers, and liquidity providers when something needs sorting

Own the Controls

• Build and maintain the settlement control framework — whitelisting, limits, velocity checks, approval matrices, audit trails
• Run pre-transaction screening (Travel Rule, sanctions, Chainalysis/Elliptic/TRM) and hold anything that looks off
• Be the person audits and regulators talk to when they want to understand how settlement actually works
• Keep runbooks and disaster recovery plans current — and actually tested, not just filed away
• Make sure no single person, including you, can move client funds solo

Handle the Bad Days Well

• Step up when things break — delayed withdrawals, banking outages, custodian downtime, chain halts, forks, anything sketchy
• Lead the freeze/recall/recovery call alongside Compliance, Risk, Legal, Security, and Support
• Turn every incident into a lesson — update the controls so it doesn't happen the same way twice

Build the Team & Make Things Better

• Lead and grow the settlement team across a 24/7 setup — clean handovers, clear escalations
• Push for automation wherever it makes sense — fewer manual steps, better tooling, less room for human error
• Work with Client Support on explaining settlement issues in plain language when clients need answers
• Own the KPIs and be ready to explain them to leadership — and occasionally the Board

Who You Are

• 3–5+ years in settlement, payment ops, treasury, custody, or back-office roles in financial services — with at least a year leading a team
• You've actually done crypto settlement hands-on — exchange, custodian, OTC desk, market maker, prime broker, whatever the setting, it needs to be real experience
• Fluent in English and Russian
• You genuinely get on-chain mechanics — addresses, memos, confirmations, fees, chains, token standards — and you know exactly what happens when one of them goes wrong
• You've owned reconciliation at real volume, not just reviewed someone else's spreadsheet
• You know your way around fiat rails too — SWIFT, SEPA, Fedwire/ACH, Faster Payments, plus stablecoin on/off-ramps
• You've worked inside dual-control, audited environments, and you actually understand why those rules exist
• You've been through a real settlement crisis and lived to tell the story

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Manager / Financial Controller to join our growing DTC brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of the company's financial operations - from collecting and reconciling financial data to building financial models from scratch, monitoring cash flow, analyzing profitability, and helping management make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Reconciliation

• Collect and consolidate financial data from different sources, platforms, departments, and payment providers
• Reconcile internal financial data with actual transactions across company bank accounts
• Match payments, invoices, expenses, refunds, fees, and other transactions
• Identify and investigate discrepancies between reported and actual financial data
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Monitor company expenses and identify unusual or unnecessary costs

Financial Reporting & Management

• Build and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tables from scratch
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
• Track revenue, expenses, gross profit, net profit, margins, and other key financial metrics
• Monitor and analyze cash flow across the business
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and identify potential cash shortages or excess liquidity
• Track accounts payable and upcoming financial obligations
• Provide management with clear financial insights and recommendations

Business & Project Analysis

• Calculate profitability and ROI of individual projects, products, channels, and initiatives
• Analyze project payback periods and unit economics
• Calculate and monitor contribution margins and operating margins
• Analyze the financial performance of different business activities and identify areas for improvement
• Build financial models to evaluate new projects and business opportunities
• Support management in making investment and resource allocation decisions

Process & Financial System Development

• Establish structured financial reporting and reconciliation processes
• Create and maintain financial models and forecasting tools
• Improve the company's financial data structure and reporting methodology
• Develop processes to ensure that all financial transactions are properly tracked and accounted for
• Automate financial reporting where possible

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance, financial controlling, FP&A, accounting, or a similar analytical role
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, profitability, margins, and ROI
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and ability to build financial models from scratch
• Experience with bank reconciliation and transaction-level financial analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of financial processes
• Ability to work with large datasets and multiple financial sources
• Good English — B2+ level
• Experience working in an international company or e-commerce/DTC environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Cyprus entities — mandatory requirement
• Big4 background is a strong plus
• Experience preparing companies for Big4 audit
• Proven experience in a financial role within an international IT company
• Hands-on experience with contractor payments, bulk transfers, and payment infrastructure
• Experience opening bank accounts and working with fintechs and payment processors
• Track record of passing compliance in financial institutions
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Proficiency in AI tools, including Claude
