The Role

We are opening Payments as a standalone function and looking for a Head of Payments to own it end-to-end. Our revenue already flows across 150 countries through app stores and a fast-growing web-to-app funnel — direct payments are becoming a core channel, and nobody owns them yet.
 

This is a 0 to 1 mandate with a direct P&L impact — every point of approval rate and every basis point of fees is measurable money.
 

What You Will Own

— PSP strategy and portfolio: selecting, negotiating and integrating acquirers and alternative payment methods per GEO, owning commercial terms and fee structure.

— Approval rate: full AR% audit by GEO, provider and card scheme, plus a conversion roadmap with measurable uplift targets.

— Routing and cascading: smart routing specs, payment failover architecture, elimination of single-provider dependency.

— Subscriptions and rebills: retry and dunning logic, involuntary churn reduction, chargeback and anti-fraud frameworks.

— Treasury and FX: cross-border flows, multi-currency settlements, FX cost reduction, reconciliation and cash controls.

— Compliance: KYB/KYC and provider onboarding for new products, verticals and entities.

— Team: hiring and leading payment specialists, defining KPIs, reporting structure and ownership boundaries.

— Direct work with the CEO, product and engineering — payment decisions are made in one call, not in a committee.
 

What We Expect

— 5+ years in payments and/or treasury, at least 2 of them at Head / Lead level with end-to-end domain ownership.

About the Role:
We are looking for an autonomous Treasury Manager to join our Treasury Team (office-based in Warsaw, Poland), reporting to the Treasury Operations Lead.
This is a hands-on operational role with real impact: you will own the full payment cycle for our marketing ecosystem — managing 100+ partners including affiliates, resellers, and direct ad platforms (Google, Meta, and others). You'll have the freedom to independently open accounts, onboard new financial institutions, and improve our payment infrastructure as the company grows. In the future, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own team.
 

Responsibilities:
(1) Develop & Execute Payment Growth Strategies
— Design and implement tailored payment strategies to support business scalability;
— Lead payment strategies for new projects, ensuring optimal operational structuring, financial efficiency, and compliance;
— Identify opportunities and optimize payment flows to enhance partner engagement;
(2) Strategic Relationship & Cash Management
— Develop and maintain partnerships with financial institutions, including banks and e-money providers;
— Manage bank account openings, KYC processes, AML compliance, and regulatory inquiries independently;
— Collaborate cross-functionally to align treasury strategies with broader business objectives;
 

Required qualifications and skills:
— 5+ years of experience in Treasury, within international companies, banks, Big4, or IT companies; with a background in Finance;
— Hands-on experience with payment systems, cross-border transactions, and multi-currency payments;
— Strong ability to independently handle non-standard payment situations, make sound decisions and foresee potential risks;
— Deep knowledge of KYC, AML, and compliance processes — able to manage them independently without dedicated support;
— Proficient in Excel and ERP systems such as Business Central or similar;
— Ability to prioritize and manage daily operations, ad-hoc tasks, and strategic goals autonomously;
— English B2+.
 

What Would Be a Plus:
— Experience working in a marketing or affiliate-driven company;
— Experience implementing AI-driven solutions in treasury or finance operations;
— Work with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM/ERP systems

* досвід роботи у сфері iGaming, Gambling або Affiliate Marketing;

* впевнені знання управлінського обліку та фінансової звітності;

* досвід підготовки Cash Flow, P&L та Balance sheet звітів;

* розуміння роботи платіжних систем та процесів фінансових звірок;

* досвід роботи з мультивалютними операціями буде перевагою;

* аналітичне мислення та увагу до деталей;

* англійську мову на рівні B2+.
