Operations Specialist (Google Farmer)

The Google Farmer is responsible for creating, organizing, maintaining, and monitoring Google accounts and related operational assets that support the company's media buying activities. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strict adherence to internal procedures, and the ability to consistently meet production and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

Account Production

• Create and prepare Google accounts according to company SOPs.
• Complete assigned operational tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Organize account information and maintain internal documentation.
• Ensure all required setup steps are completed before handoff.

Account Maintenance

• Monitor assigned accounts for operational issues.
• Update account records and internal tracking systems.
• Escalate problems or anomalies to the Team Lead.
• Follow maintenance schedules and operational checklists.

Compliance & Quality

• Follow all internal company policies and operational procedures.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency.
• Perform self-quality checks before task completion.
• Report technical issues or workflow improvements.

Productivity

• Meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Complete tasks within established timelines.
• Maintain accurate task reporting.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with Team Leads and Operations.
• Participate in training sessions.
• Assist with onboarding when requested.

Required Qualifications
