Ми шукаємо Performance Marketing Lead до нашої партнерської команди, який(а) очолить запуск та масштабування нових paid acquisition напрямків через декілька traffic channels. У цій ролі ви будете відповідати за стратегію, P&L, побудову команди та експериментальні підходи для розвитку performance-маркетингу на Tier-1 ринках.

Чим ти будеш займатися?

Ownership:

• Відповідати за P&L нового acquisition-напрямку у native, push, apps, ASO та потенційно нових каналах.
• Приймати стратегічні рішення щодо розподілу бюджету між каналами на основі ROI та LTV-даних.
• Приймати рішення «scale / kill» на рівні каналів та окремих зв’язок.

Team building & management:

• Наймати media buyers та channel operators (native buyer, push buyer, apps operator, ASO specialist).
• Встановлювати KPI, моніторити performance та будувати profit-share / retainer compensation моделі.
• Створювати операційні SOP для онбордингу нових buyers та тестування нових acquisition channels.

Cross-team coordination:

• Координувати роботу з SEO-командою щодо cohort sharing та audience overlap.
• Взаємодіяти з Email Marketing командою щодо retention layer integration.
• Співпрацювати з analytics-командою щодо cross-channel attribution та dashboards.
• Координувати роботу з financial control щодо бюджетів та cash flow.

Strategic experimentation:

• Приймати рішення щодо тестування нових acquisition channels.
• Розробляти методології для validation нових каналів.
• Формувати та застосовувати cross-vertical insights між різними traffic sources.

Reporting:

• Проводити weekly metrics review із CEO.
• Проводити monthly P&L review із financial control.
• Брати участь у quarterly strategic review для визначення наступних пріоритетів.

Що ми очікуємо від тебе?

Досвід та навички:

• 5–8 років досвіду у performance marketing із фокусом на paid traffic acquisition.
• Hands-on досвід щонайменше у 2 paid channels із наступних: native ads (MGID, Adsterra, RevContent), push notifications (RichAds, PropellerAds), apps/mobile UA, paid social із cloaking або ASO.
• Досвід управління media buyers / acquisition specialists, включаючи hiring, KPI setup та profit-share моделі.
• Попередній досвід ownership P&L та відповідальності за revenue/profit результати.
• Впевнений досвід роботи з affiliate trackers: Keitaro, RedTrack або Voluum.
• Розуміння cross-channel attribution, cohort analysis та LTV calculations.
• Досвід роботи з CPA-мережами та/або direct in-house affiliate programs.

Технічні навички:

• Розуміння повного flow від click до postback, включаючи S2S tracking та postback chains.
• Досвід створення та ітерації pre-lander’ів та advertorial funnels.
• Розуміння email/push retention mechanics.
• Досвід роботи зі spy-tools: AdPlexity, Anstrex.

Cross-functional навички:

• Досвід координації роботи з SEO, retention/CRM, analytics та development командами.
• Досвід співпраці із зовнішніми партнерами за profit-share моделями.
• Сильні negotiation skills для роботи з networks, CPA platforms та casino affiliate programs.
• Вміння приймати стратегічні рішення щодо розподілу бюджету на основі performance data.
