What we expect from you:
- 2+ year of experience in the gambling vertical (must be recent, within the last 6 months)
- Strong skills in traffic analysis
- Proficiency with Google Docs and large spreadsheets
- Deep understanding of CPI, CPL, CPA, CPM, ROI metrics
- Experience working with various traffic sources
- Proven success in partner acquisition across FB, YouTube, ASO, In-App (case studies required)
- Experience running landing page tests and working with conversion optimization
- Familiarity with all payment models

Your responsibilities will be:

We are seeking a skilled professional for the Affiliate Manager position. - Work closely with existing partners to create and manage successful affiliate campaigns with a focus on CPA deals.
- Finding and attracting new partners on CPA, Revshare, Hybrid models
- Attracting new media buying teams using traffic channels such as: Facebook, PPC, UAC and ASO.
- Use of partner software: platforms, CRM, trackers, to monitor performance, optimize results and ensure the satisfaction of our partners.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to align goals and create strategies that deliver results
What hard skills do you need to have:
- Experience: From 2 years working with gambling/betting verticals
- Experience working on a product/affiliate program
- Having its own strong base of partners in relevant verticals
- Skills in working with affiliate software: platforms, CRM, trackers
- English: Intermediate level or higher (B2+);
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus!

- Successful experience in media buying management and successful practical cases of media buying in the gambling vertical (FB or Google)
- Experience in creating and effectively managing a team of media buyers.

- A/B testing and creatives: A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audiences to determine the most effective solutions.
- Budget planning: Optimal budget allocation, cost control, and ensuring high ROI/ROAS based on test results.
- Analytics and reporting: Using Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics to analyze audience behavior and campaign profitability. Preparation of reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Team management: Team coordination, task setting, quality control. Training the team in new tools and strategies to increase efficiency.
