As the product continues to scale, the company is looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead its technology vision while remaining actively involved in product development.
 

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership and business acumen. The ideal candidate will drive the company's technology strategy while remaining actively involved in software development, lead and mentor the engineering team, and represent the technical vision of the product to clients and stakeholders.

This role requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value, collaborate closely with product and commercial teams, and ensure the successful delivery of a scalable, AI-driven platform.
 

Requirements:

• Software development experience.
• 6+ years of strong Python development experience.
• Proven expertise with Django and Celery.
• 1+ years of solid Angular 19 frontend development experience.
• AI/ML knowledge and practical implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience using modern AI-powered development tools to increase productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents.
• Design and maintain scalable backend systems using Python, Django, and Celery.
• Build modern frontend applications using Angular 19 and Tailwind CSS.
• Integrate machine learning models into production environments.
• Drive product decisions and contribute to product strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.
• Combine technical leadership with product ownership to ensure successful product delivery.
