Від вас ми очікуємо:

• досвід на керівній посаді Head of Engineering / CTO — від 5+ років;
• експертний рівень знань у сфері управління IT-бізнесом: прийняття та впровадження рішень, пошук зовнішніх підрядників, формування та розвиток команди;
• знання стеку технологій: Linux (Debian), Asterisk, Nginx, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, JavaScript иTypeScript, Node.js тощо;
• глибоке знання реляційних БД (SQL, дизайн та оптимізація);
• глибоке розуміння комп`ютерних мереж (безпека та захист від DDoS-атак);
• відмінні навички ведення перемовин, акцент на стратегію і бізнес-орієнтацію;
• знання англійської від рівня B2 та вище;
• буде плюсом: досвід роботи з хмарними сервісами AWS та DigitalOcean.

Обов'язки

• Координація життєвого циклу продукту - від розробки та запуску у виробництво.

Форекс-брокер / Финтех-платформа

Зона відповідальності:
CTO відповідає за побудову, безпеку та безперебійну роботу всієї технічної інфраструктури компанії: сервери, мережа, безпека, телефонія, MDM, підтримка, деплоймент і хостинг.
На старті — інтеграція та розгортання зовнішніх (аутсорс) рішень CRM і торгової платформи з подальшим переходом на власне рішення, яке розробляє команда CPO.

Основні завдання:

• Розгортання та інтеграція зовнішніх систем (CRM, trading platform) з внутрішньою інфраструктурою.
• Побудова та підтримка ІТ-інфраструктури: сервери, бази даних, VPN («карусель»), RDP, хмарні й локальні рішення.
• Підбір, розгортання й супровід абюзостійкого хостингу (EU, LATAM, offshore), баланс між стабільністю та правовим захистом.
• Впровадження та підтримка систем безпеки (IDS/IPS, firewall, DLP, SIEM, моніторинг інцидентів).
• Налаштування й контроль доступу (RBAC, MFA, VPN, RDP, Zero Trust).
• Впровадження та управління MDM-системами (контроль пристроїв, політики безпеки, віддалене керування).
• Забезпечення безперервної роботи торгових і клієнтських систем.
• Організація служби техпідтримки (L1–L3), maintenance та моніторингу.
• Керування CI/CD, деплойментом і релізами.
• Розробка стратегії масштабування, резервування та disaster recovery.
• Взаємодія із зовнішніми провайдерами (cloud, SaaS, CRM, хостинг, bridge).

Телефонія та комунікації:

• Проєктування та підтримка корпоративної телефонії (VoIP, Asterisk, 3CX, SIP).
• Вибір і управління провайдерами, каскадування маршрутів і GEO-налаштування.
• Моніторинг якості зв’язку: додзвінюваності, SLA та антиспам-репутації номерів.
• Заміна номерів у разі блокувань і потрапляння до спам-списків.

Вимоги:

• Досвід CTO / Head of Infrastructure / DevOps Lead у форексі, фінтехі або інших high-load проєктах.
• Практичний досвід інтеграції зовнішніх CRM / trading-платформ.
• Досвід побудови абюзостійкої інфраструктури та роботи з offshore / EU хостингом.
• Впевнені навички роботи з Linux/Windows Server, VPN, IDS/IPS, SIEM, MDM.
• Досвід налаштування VoIP-інфраструктури й телефонії під різні GEO.
• Глибоке розуміння DevOps-практик, CI/CD і систем моніторингу.
• Англійська — Upper Intermediate+.

Формат: Full-time, hybrid / remote.
Локація: Київ / Кіпр (у майбутньому можливий релокейт), ЄС.
