About the Role:
We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the development of our core casino product and oversee multiple teams responsible for other casino-related products. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and experience managing high-load, big data architectures. As Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for people management, process establishment, and technical oversight, ensuring the teams deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while following best practices in software development.
