Affiliate Manager
About the Role
As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with affiliate partners, expanding our partner network, optimizing campaign performance, and identifying new growth opportunities.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, understands affiliate marketing, and wants to grow within a global performance marketing company.
Key Requirements
We’d be happy to meet you if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in building long-term business relationships
- Willingness to attend international conferences and represent the company professionally
An existing base of affiliate partners in the dating vertical would be a strong advantage
Your Future Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliate partners
- Expand the partner network through proactive search and outreach
- Manage multiple affiliate campaigns and optimize their performance
- Consult partners on their marketing strategy, traffic quality, and business needs
- Analyze performance fluctuations, including sales, profit, and traffic quality
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and new opportunities in online marketing
Represent the company professionally during industry events, conferences, and meetups
