About the Client

Our client is an innovative U.S.-based biotechnology and AI longevity platform dedicated to measuring, tracking, and reversing brain aging. Combining multi-modal testing—including volumetric brain MRI, genetic analysis, blood biomarkers, and proprietary cognitive assessments—the company helps individuals detect early cognitive risks and optimize long-term brain health.

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and data-driven Meta Marketing Specialist on a part-time basis to own, launch, and scale direct-to-consumer (D2C) acquisition channels across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for the U.S. market.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, highly operational role for an energetic "doer" who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty with video content. We don't just need someone to set up target audiences—we need a versatile specialist who can take raw video materials, slice them into dynamic short-form ad creatives, add engaging subtitles, and adapt them to dynamic Meta ad formats.

You will target health-conscious individuals, biohackers, executive longevity seekers, and proactive patients in the U.S., turning complex medical science into engaging visual storytelling.

Note: This is a long-term, stable part-time position. We are looking for an active, responsive, and attentive professional who deeply listens to the client’s vision and turns feedback into high-performing ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Production & Micro-Editing: Work with raw video footage—cutting, editing, formatting, and adding clean, accurate subtitles to produce high-converting short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Feed) for Meta Ads.
  • Campaign Strategy & Setup: Build, launch, and manage direct-response Facebook & Instagram campaigns tailored to U.S. health/longevity target audiences.
  • Ad Copywriting & Creative Execution: Draft punchy ad copy and design engaging visual concepts (images, video hooks, carousels) that communicate complex scientific concepts clearly.
  • Audience Targeting & Funnel Management: Segment and test audiences (custom, lookalike, retargeting, interest-based) and ensure tracking via Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI).
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test video hooks, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages to reduce CAC and maximize ROAS.
  • Performance Reporting: Track key indicators (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM) and provide clear insights during team syncs.

Schedule & Availability

  • Part-Time Workload: Expect roughly 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility to manage ad setups and creative editing throughout the week.
  • U.S. Overlap: Flexibility to coordinate tasks and respond during hours overlapping with U.S. business time (typically afternoon/evening EET/CET).
  • Mandatory Syncs: Regular video check-ins with the team to sync on strategy, review creative performance, and take feedback from the client.

Requirements

 - Video & Technical Skills

  • Hands-on Video Editing: Experience with video editing software/apps to slice video, format aspect ratios, and generate accurate captions/subtitles.
  • Proven Meta Ads Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing direct-response ad budgets on Meta Ads Manager (D2C, health-tech, or consumer products).
  • Tracking & Analytics: Solid understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and basic funnel attribution.

 - Key Personal Traits (Soft Skills)

  • Client-Centric & Attentive Listener: Ability to truly listen to client feedback, understand their brand vision, and align creatives accordingly without unnecessary pushback.
  • Proactive & Energetic ("Alive"): A quick-thinking problem solver who brings fresh ideas for video hooks, creative angles, and campaign iterations.
  • Written English (Advanced): Strong ability to write clear, native-sounding ad copy and accurately subtitle video content for a sophisticated U.S. audience.
  • Spoken English (Upper-Intermediate): Fluent and open communication during team strategy calls.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in HealthTech, MedTech, Longevity, Biohacking, or Wellness markets in the U.S.
  • Understanding of Meta's health advertising policy restrictions and compliance.

What We Offer

  • Stable, Long-Term Part-Time Engagement: A steady role in one of the most exciting tech niches (AI & Cognitive Longevity).
  • Flexible Remote Work: Work remotely from home (Ukraine/Europe) or from our office in Ukraine or Poland (WrocĹ‚aw).
  • Competitive Part-Time Compensation: Fair hourly or fixed monthly retainer with performance bonuses.
