Media Buying Team Lead (Meta)

We are looking for an experienced Media Buying Team Lead (Meta) to lead an in-house acquisition team and play a key role in scaling one of the company's core growth channels.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong hands-on Meta expertise, leadership experience, and the ambition to grow into a Head of Media Buying role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the in-house Meta Media Buying team.
• Manage daily operations, planning, reporting, and team performance.
• Scale Meta acquisition while maintaining target performance metrics.
• Analyze key acquisition metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop Media Buyers.
• Drive initiatives related to automation, AI, QA, and R&D.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Design, and Technical teams.
• Improve internal processes and contribute to building a scalable Media Buying function.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Media Buying experience with Meta in iGaming.
• Experience managing Media Buying teams.
• Proven experience scaling campaigns in Tier-1 GEOs.
• Strong understanding of the Meta Ads ecosystem and current best practices.
• Solid knowledge of acquisition metrics, including ROAS, LTV, CAC, and profitability.
• Experience working with analytics and performance reporting.
• Ability to coordinate technical and infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong ownership, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Experience building Media Buying teams from scratch.
• Experience working with AI and automation tools.
• Experience managing large advertising budgets.
• Experience collaborating directly with C-level stakeholders.
