Digital Marketing Manager (German C1)

YOUR ROLE 

As Digital Marketing Manager, you own the operational execution and performance channels across both of our brands PILLAR Germany and Betsa, two complementary companies in the solar and construction space, united under one roof. Working closely with our future Brand Manager, you make our marketing measurable and turn visibility into leads.
 

MUST HAVE: 
German at C1 level.
 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Run and optimize SEO (on-page and off-page), including link building, to grow our ranking for the search terms that matter for each brand, from "Solarcarport" and "Solarüberdachung + region" (PILLAR) to "energetische Sanierung" and "Bauunternehmen + region" (Betsa)
• Plan, set up, maintain and optimize Google Ads / PPC campaigns across both brands
• Drive social media performance across all our channels
• Build and improve landing pages that convert
• Handle end-to-end campaign setup and optimization
• Own tracking, analytics, and reporting,  and report performance per brand in a clear, simple format (traffic-light / KPI logic)
   

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven performance-marketing experience with demonstrable results
• Solid command of web analytics and paid-ads tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, rank trackers)
• A data-driven mindset, you optimize based on numbers, not gut feeling
• Very good German (minimum C1) a short test task is part of our selection process
• Comfortable managing two brands in parallel without losing focus
• Independent, reliable, and comfortable working fully remote
