As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the next stage of our growth in the US Sweepstakes Casino market.
 

As CEO, you will define the company's long-term vision, shape its strategic direction, and drive sustainable business growth. Working closely with shareholders and senior leadership, you will build a high-performing organization, strengthen operational excellence, and position the company as a market leader in one of the fastest-growing segments of the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities
 

Business Strategy & Growth:

• Define and execute the company's long-term vision and growth strategy within the US Sweepstakes Casino market.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to maintain a strong market position.

Operational Leadership:

• Lead and optimize company operations across Product, Marketing, CRM, VIP, Affiliates, Payments, Customer Support, Compliance, and Technology.
• Build scalable processes and organizational structures that support rapid business growth.
• Ensure alignment between departments around strategic priorities and company objectives.

Commercial & Financial Management:

• Own the company's commercial performance, revenue growth, profitability, and overall P&L.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and company-wide KPI management.
• Drive data-informed decision-making and continuously optimize business performance.

Product & Customer Growth:

• Partner closely with Product and CRM teams to improve customer acquisition, player engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Support the development of innovative product experiences that strengthen competitive advantage.

Leadership & Culture:

• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing leadership teams.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Attract and retain exceptional talent while developing future leaders across the organization.

Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure the company operates in accordance with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Support market expansion by establishing operational readiness for new jurisdictions and business opportunities.
   

What We're Looking For

Executive Experience:

• Proven executive leadership experience as a CEO, General Manager, Managing Director, or another senior leadership role within iGaming, Sweepstakes Casino, Social Casino, or a high-growth digital product company.
• Demonstrated success in scaling product-led businesses and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Industry Expertise:

• Deep understanding of the US Sweepstakes Casino ecosystem, including acquisition channels, affiliate marketing, retention strategies, VIP programs, and player lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial models, digital marketing, and operational best practices within the iGaming industry.

Business & Financial Acumen:

• Extensive experience managing P&L, financial planning, budgeting, and business performance.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.
   

Leadership:

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building and leading cross-functional executive teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
