Team Lead Media Buying Facebook

Our client is a performance marketing agency specializing in media buying and affiliate marketing. The company helps businesses scale their results through effective paid traffic acquisition.
 

We are looking for a strong Team Lead Media Buyer (Facebook) who can develop the direction, manage processes, and drive growth.
 

Responsibilities:
• Managing and developing a team of media buyers;
• Controlling and scaling Facebook advertising campaigns;
• Working with different GEOs (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3);
• Analyzing results, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing processes;
• Developing strategies for effective traffic acquisition;
• Monitoring KPIs and maintaining high-quality team performance.
 

Requirements:
• 1.5–2+ years of experience as a Team Lead Media Buyer;
• 3–4+ years of overall media buying experience;
• Proven experience with Facebook Ads and successful scaling cases;
• Experience working with different GEOs;
• Proven statistics and recommendations will be a strong advantage;
• Strong leadership skills, responsibility, and a structured approach.
