We are looking for an experienced Head of SEO to lead and scale our organic acquisition across multiple iGaming brands and international markets. In this role, you will own the entire SEO function—from strategy and execution to team leadership and business performance. You will be responsible for driving sustainable organic growth, expanding our satellite ecosystem, strengthening brand protection, and building efficient SEO processes that directly impact registrations, FTDs, and revenue.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy across multiple iGaming brands and international GEOs.
  • Own all SEO functions, including Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, International SEO, Brand Protection, and Organic Growth.
  • Lead and scale satellite networks, including planning, launches, indexing, optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Own and continuously improve the Link Building strategy, including outreach, guest posting, crowd marketing, and authority growth initiatives.
  • Manage Brand Protection activities, including DMCA processes and reputation protection initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Content, CRM, and Marketing teams to integrate SEO requirements into products and business processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the SEO team through hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
  • Own SEO budgets, resource planning, and vendor management.
  • Analyze competitors, identify new growth opportunities, and implement innovative SEO strategies.
  • Define, monitor, and optimize SEO KPIs focused on organic traffic, visibility, registrations, FTDs, and revenue growth.
  • Build scalable SEO processes, reporting frameworks, and operational standards.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and International SEO.
  • Experience managing large SEO projects across multiple brands and international GEOs.
  • Deep understanding of satellite SEO strategies and large-scale organic growth.
  • Strong expertise in Link Building strategies, including outreach, guest posting, and crowd marketing.
  • Experience with Brand Protection and DMCA processes.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing SEO teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience making data-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SE Ranking, or similar.
  • Experience building SEO processes, KPI frameworks, and reporting systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
