• Experience in building and managing an SEO team (full cycle: selection, adaptation, processes, motivation, KPI) with reaching the break-even point;
• Proven success in competitive niches (iGaming, Dating, Nutra, Betting and other high-risk) - top 3-5 facts for XXX queries;
• Experience working with JS projects (React, Vue, Angular): indexing, ranking, SSR (consultative);
• Experience in managing multi-regional projects (canonical, hreflang);
• Strong management skills: strategy building, role distribution, employee development, training for complex projects, conflict resolution;
• Business thinking: P&L, KPI, assessing team effectiveness in numbers;
• Deep understanding of SEO (technical, content, link building, analytics) and monitoring results with deadlines;
• Proficiency in analytical tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Bing Webmaster Tools, etc. (strategic level);

Responsibilities:

• Development, coordination and implementation of SEO strategy for international client projects (Google, Bing, local search engines);
• Management of link building strategy taking into account regional specifics: anchor lists, donor control, work with different markets;
• Participation in team formation and scaling: hiring, adaptation, training for JS/multi-regional projects, motivation and KPIs;
• Ensuring the achievement of planned team results within the established deadlines for client projects: growth of organic traffic, positions, conversions;
• Ensuring regular communication of the team with related departments and client teams to achieve business goals;
• Planning, together with SEO specialists and the content department, content strategy for multi-regional sites: clustering, semantics, TOR for editors, quality control and localization;
• Working with analytics: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Bing Webmaster Tools, BI tools;
• Implementation and testing of AI tools for SEO automation.

• Develop and execute the organic growth (SEO) strategy to support the launch and growth of the Nibble app website in search.
• Run market, keyword, and competitor research; build and prioritize a keyword roadmap to attract the right audience.
