AI Image Editing Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented AI Image Editing & Back Office Specialist to join our team.
 

This role combines AI-powered image editing with operational back-office support. You will receive requests through our help desk system, process AI image edits, and ensure every request is completed accurately and assigned to the correct ticket.
 

Success in this role depends on attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of requests without mistakes.
 

Responsibilities

• Edit static images using AI face swap and image editing tools.
• Process requests received through the internal help desk system.
• Prepare edited images and return them to the appropriate support ticket.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all requests.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while following established workflows.
• Perform back-office tasks within internal systems.
• Ensure all requests are completed correctly and on time.
 

Requirements

• Experience using AI tools for editing static images and face swaps.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Previous experience with back-office or operational support.
• Comfortable working with ticketing/help desk systems.
• Ability to manage a high volume of repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
 

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools such as FaceFusion, Roop, InsightFace, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Photoshop AI, or similar AI image editing software.
• Experience working in customer support platforms or help desk systems.
• Experience with workflow automation.
