Senior Product Content Writer ,(Ukraine, only Vinnytsia)

We're looking for a Senior Product Content Writer to own the end-to-end product content experience. This role goes beyond documentation, combining technical writing, UX content, and AI-driven content creation to help users easily understand complex product capabilities. You'll collaborate closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and AI teams, creating in-product copy, technical documentation, API documentation, release notes, and scalable knowledge resources while driving content quality and consistency across the product.

 What You'll Own
 

• Own the end-to-end product content experience across, including in-product content, documentation, and technical content.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Customer Success, and PMM throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Align and maintain product content standards, terminology, and voice across the platform.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, intuitive, and user-centered experiences.
• Continuously improve the quality, structure, and discoverability of product documentation.
• Lead the transformation of our content creation process by designing AI-first workflows that enable teams to create, review, and maintain high-quality product content at scale.
• Use customer feedback and cross-functional feedback to continuously improve the product content experience.
   

What We're Looking For
 

• Exceptional English writing and editing skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Content, UX Writing, Technical Writing, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Extensive experience creating and maintaining product documentation and technical content.
• Experience working with modern documentation platforms and structured authoring.
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, intuitive, user-centered content.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Customer Success, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
   

Nice to Have
 

• Experience with ITSM, Enterprise SaaS, or Cybersecurity products.
