Marketing Lead / Growth Lead
Removia is a young, fast-growing SaaS/Digital product launched a year ago, focusing on the US and EU markets. We have active sales, validated funnels, and an ambitious goal to scale further.
Weβve recently built our core marketing crew: a User Acquisition Manager, a Creative Marketing Manager, a Creative Designer, and a Business Analyst. Together, they brainstorm, test hypotheses, and scale Meta & Google Ads. Now, we are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Lead / Growth Lead to take ownership of this team, optimize our funnels, and lead our growth strategy.

π― Your Main Mission:
To manage and scale our performance marketing team, maximize the ROI of our paid acquisition channels, and continuously test growth hypotheses across the entire user journey (from click to conversion).
π» What You Will Do:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and align our current marketing crew to ensure maximum productivity and creative output.
- Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy for Removia in the US/EU markets.
- Work closely with our Business Analyst to analyze user behavior, identify bottlenecks in our funnels, and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates (Landing page -> Registration -> Paid user).
- Monitor and optimize main marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CR, Churn) and efficiently allocate budgets between Meta Ads, Google Ads, and potential new channels.
- Build a structured framework for rapidly testing new creative angles, hooks, and marketing funnels.
π οΈ What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing for SaaS, Web Apps, or Digital Products targeting US and EU markets (this is a must).
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and web/product analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
- Data-Driven Mindset: You make decisions based on dashboards and numbers, not just "gut feeling." You know how to collaborate with analysts to dig up insights.
- You are a strategic thinker, but you are not afraid to dive into the ad manager or landing page builder yourself if needed.
