SMM / PR Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media channels: posting, replies, comments, direct messages, and engagement.
• Create and adapt content for social media, community updates, announcements, FAQs, and user communication.
• Manage and monitor key community and reputation platforms, including Discord, Reddit, forums, review websites, groups, and other relevant online spaces.
• Participate in relevant discussions naturally and professionally, without spammy promotion.
• Monitor reviews, ratings, mentions, comments, user feedback, complaints, and common questions.
• Find new relevant platforms and communities where our target audience is active.
• Share clear feedback summaries with marketing, product, support, and compliance teams.

• Help keep all public communication accurate, brand-safe, and aligned with US Sweepstakes Casino guidelines.

   

Requirements

• Experience in community management, social media, crowd marketing, ORM, or a similar role at least 3 years.
• Strong written English and ability to communicate clearly with a US audience.
• Experience with social media, online communities, review platforms, forums, Discord, and Reddit.
• Ability to create content independently: posts, replies, updates, community messages, and basic visuals.
• Strong skills in using AI tools and different digital tools for content creation, research, monitoring, automation, and task organization.
• Understanding of how to communicate naturally in communities without aggressive promotion.
• Ability to monitor many channels, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Interest in Sweepstakes Casino, social casino, iGaming.

• Good judgment, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand and compliance guidelines.

   

Nice to Have

• Experience with Sweepstakes Casino, social casino, iGaming, or affiliate projects.
• Experience creating visual content with AI tools or design tools.
• Experience with social listening, review monitoring, or reputation management tools.
• Basic understanding of responsible gaming and compliance-sensitive communication.
