Content Marketing Specialist (LinkedIn and X)
๐ Malva is an early-stage B2B SaaS startup building a Sales Execution Platform that helps revenue teams improve sales execution, CRM discipline, and forecasting.
We help sales teams focus on the right deals, execute consistently every day, and eliminate the burden of manual CRM updates.
๐ Weโre looking for a Content Marketing Specialist (LinkedIn & X) who will help build Malvaโs public voice and founder brand.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating authentic B2B content, understands startup marketing, and knows how to turn product updates, customer insights, and founder ideas into engaging content that attracts the right audience.
Youโll work directly with the founder and help us build awareness, trust, and demand from day one.
Working Model
- Part-time (4 hours/day)

As Malva grows, we expect this role to evolve into a full-time position within the next 6โ10 months.
๐ Weโre not looking for someone to manage social media. Weโre looking for someone who wants to help build a category-defining B2B SaaS brand through authentic founder-led content and becoming an important part of our marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Own Malvaโs content calendar across LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
- Write high-quality English content for the founders and company pages
- Transform product updates, customer interviews, founder ideas, and internal discussions into engaging posts
- Create educational, storytelling, and product-focused content
- Prepare launch announcements and feature releases
- Create demand-generation posts with clear CTAs (waitlist, demos, design partner program, early access, etc.)
- Repurpose long-form content into short social posts and threads
- Monitor engagement and continuously improve content performance
- Stay up to date with B2B SaaS, AI, SalesTech, and startup trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media, or B2B Marketing
- Excellent written English (C1 or higher preferred, or ability provide that level with AI)
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn
- Understanding of X (Twitter) and modern B2B content marketing
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
- Ability to simplify complex product ideas into engaging content
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in an early-stage startup
Nice to Have
- Experience working in B2B SaaS startups
- Experience building founder brands
- Experience writing about AI, SaaS, SalesTech, CRM, or GTM
- Basic understanding of Sales, RevOps, or go-to-market processes
- Experience with Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools
- Experience running LinkedIn growth or personal branding initiatives

- Support Design Partner recruitment and early customer acquisition
