Senior Creative Marketing Manager (part-time) Review

We're looking for a part-time Creative Marketing Manager to join our R&D-driven intimacy-wellness product.
You'll play a key role in growing the product across Tier 1 markets by turning audience insights into high-performing creative concepts and copy. You'll own the creative testing process end-to-end, experiment with new angles, and help shape the product's marketing direction.
As an R&D product, we're constantly exploring new opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, and data. That means your ideas won't just improve campaigns, they can influence the product's future.
Your qualities and skills that will be valued:
Youβre a creative marketing pro with 3+ years of driving performance for B2C products.
Youβve shipped winning creatives, fully owning the entire process.
You have a strong analytical mindset and know how to work with key marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, Hook Rate, Hold Rate).
You deeply understand the target audience and know how to craft creative content that speaks directly to users' pain points.
You have a structured approach and know how to move ideas from research to launch
Youβre results-driven, with a solid grasp of user acquisition and how performance marketing works.
You know how to write killer briefs for designers and motion teams.
English writing at a strong B2+
Your additional advantages:
AI-native workflow: comfortable using text, image, and video generation tools (Claude, Seedance, Veo 3, Codex, or similar).
UGC and video scriptwriting experience: hooks, briefs, and full scripts.
Exposure to media buying workflows or user acquisition fundamentals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing your creative process from idea to launch
Conducting research and formulating creative hypothesis
Developing concepts that drive ROAS-positive traffic.
Working with different types of creatives (static and video)
Writing briefs for designers and content creators
Analyzing results from the ad account and analytics tools.
Spot trends before they go mainstream β and turn them into growth.
Maintaining a creative learning library: validated pains, hooks, visual directions, and concept-level performance data.
Working with the product designer to ensure ad hooks and quiz/landing first screens are aligned.
Researching and testing new tools and approaches to enhance the creative process.
