The Jr. Accounting Specialist position is a key member of the Finance team reporting to the Senior Accounting Specialist. The essential functions of this role include supporting monthly and annual reporting processes, performing routine controller tasks, assisting with regulatory filings and audits, and contributing to accurate financial operations through collaboration and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee full-cycle accounting and tax accounting for an IT company
• Ensure proper preparation, availability, and control of accounting documentation

Requirements:

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Basic knowledge of Diia City regime
• Understanding of cost formation in IT activities (product development)
• Hands-on experience with VAT in IT companies

• Повний бухгалтерський та податковий супровід української ТОВ -  резидента Diia City: розрахунок та прогнозування податків, підготовка та подання звітів і декларацій, сплата податків та заробітної плати, взаємодія з податковими органами, статистичним управлінням, Пенсійним фондом та банками, підготовка документів та супровід під час початкового та щорічного зовнішнього аудиту, облік ЗЕД.
