Responsibilities

• Full ownership of end-to-end bookkeeping and month-end/year-end close
• Bank operations, AP/AR invoicing and reconciliation, intercompany settlements
• Cyprus payroll (14 employees), payroll taxes and social contributions
• VAT, TD7 and TD4 filings; transfer pricing forecasts and documentation
• Fixed assets & intangibles accounting
• Monthly TB/BS/P&L/GL review, cash flow forecasting, budgeting support
• Cost allocation and COGS calculation by product
• Lead annual statutory audit and liaise with auditors, tax/VAT consultants, banks
• Contributing to the preparation of management reporting
• Processing payments and data entry in the management system
• Supporting other finance department tasks as needed

Requirements

• 4-5 year as Accountant
• Strong IFRS knowledge (incl. intangibles)
• Proven ownership of full bookkeeping/close cycles, not just task execution
• Cyprus tax & payroll compliance experience (VAT, TD7, TD4)
• Multi-currency accounting (USD/EUR)
• Good knowledge of Excel; ERP experience (MS Business Central a plus)
• Experience with transfer pricing and multi-entity structures

Junior/Middle Accountant with 1-3 years of experience, preferably in an IT/SaaS/FinTech company. Confident user of Odoo (or another accounting system — SAP, 1C, Xero — with willingness to quickly learn Odoo). Has practical experience with:

• posting primary documents and reconciling bank statements;
• participating in month-end closing (accruals, balance reconciliation);

Able to configure automation/reconciliation processes within the system and can provide a specific example of process improvement.

Responsibilities
 

1. Daily Operations:

• Bank Records Management: Daily entry of bank statements into the Odoo ERP system.
• Transaction Reconciliation: Reviewing and reconciling bank transactions with accounting records to ensure full consistency.
• Invoice Processing: Entering invoices into the Odoo system and matching invoices with corresponding payments.
• Payment Request Handling: Processing and recording payment invoices via Jira in accordance with internal workflows.
• Document Control: Tracking the timely receipt and availability of all recurring invoices and supplier bills.

2. Monthly Tasks (Month-End Closing):

• Month-End Accruals: Posting and processing monthly recurring accruals in the accounting system.
• Final Reconciliation: Reconciling final account balances at the end of the reporting period; archiving and storing bank statements.
• Documentation Audit: Verifying and reconciling all supporting documents for the month, resolving discrepancies, and chasing missing paperwork.
• Cross-Departmental Communication: Actively collaborating with other departments to collect, clarify, and verify invoices and supporting documents.

3. Process Improvement & Automation:

• System Enhancement: Proposing and implementing improvements to accounting systems and workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
•  Process Automation: Identifying opportunities to automate recurring manual tasks within Odoo and related tools.
•  Gap Identification: Detecting weaknesses or inconsistencies in existing systems and processes.
•  Reconciliation Rules Setup: Configuring and fine-tuning reconciliation rules within the system to reduce manual matching effort and improve data accuracy.

4. Ad-hoc and Periodic Tasks:

• Assisting the Finance team with miscellaneous data reconciliation tasks as needed.
• Generating, exporting, and providing required data or reports from the system upon request from management or adjacent teams.

We are looking for a Senior International Accountant to join our team.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our primary accounting, helping us improve the financial stability of the company and assist in expanding into new GEO and development of current structures.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger & Month-End Close (GL & MEC): Prepare and post all journal entries, perform month-end closing activities, and deliver an accurate and reconciled Trial Balance by the established deadline
• Coordination with External Service Providers: Prepare, review, and timely submit accounting data packages to local accounting and tax service providers for the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax returns, where applicable
• Tax Compliance: Independently calculate taxes and prepare and file tax returns in jurisdictions where accounting and tax compliance are managed internally

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and understanding of accrual accounting, the matching principle, and revenue recognition

About the Role

The Senior Payroll Accountant owns the payroll and remuneration function for SQUAD Ukraine, covering both employment payroll and gig-contract compensation. This is a function-lead role with direct reports, where you will be accountable for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all payroll outputs.

We are looking for a professional with a process-owner mindset—someone who can actively implement changes, drive automation, scale processes with business growth, and adapt to complex legislative shifts. The role operates with a high degree of independence, ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and Ukrainian tax legislation, including the special tax regime for Diya City residents.

Responsibilities and Duties

Team Leadership & Management

• Manage the payroll team: assign and prioritize work, set deadlines aligned to the payroll calendar, and monitor delivery against agreed KPIs
• Review and approve all payroll and compensation outputs prepared by the team
• Provide coaching, identify development needs, and conduct performance reviews in coordination with the Chief Accountant
• Ensure cross-training within the team to maintain continuity during absences

Payroll & Compensation Processing

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including data collection, wage calculation, and distribution of electronic transfers
• Oversee gig-contract compensation: review calculations, tax computations, and payment files. Retain the ability to execute the full cycle independently as a backup
• Manage employee and gig-contract benefits (e.g., healthcare, voluntary deductions) and ensure reconciliation with FRA and HR Ops

Tax Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations regarding payroll, taxation, and labor laws

• Prepare and submit Consolidated Tax Reports (Social Contribution and Personal Income Tax) and proactively adjust to legislative changes

Reporting, Audits & Process Optimization

This is not a role in a large finance department. You will be the single point of contact for accounting, payments and compensation admin, working directly with the founder and with external accounting firms in two jurisdictions. Autonomy, accuracy and discretion matter more than formal seniority.

• Compensation administration — maintain the compensation register for employees and contractors across several countries: monthly amounts, changes, bonuses, leave and absence records, contract renewals.

• Working knowledge of Czech accounting and payroll rules (VAT, payroll levies, filing deadlines). You do not need to be a certified tax advisor — we have one — but you must know what has to happen and when.
• Comfortable with cross-border work: several entities, several currencies, contractors in different countries.
• Confident with online banking, spreadsheets and cloud accounting tools; able to learn new systems quickly.

Ми Archysoft- IT-компанія, що працює у сфері outsourcing та outstaffing. Шукаємо бухгалтера для ведення обліку ТОВ із зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю та бухгалтерського супроводу ФОП.

Основні обов’язки:

• Ведення бухгалтерського обліку ТОВ та підготовка й подання звітності.
• Облік валютних надходжень у доларах США та євро.
• Підготовка рахунків для контрагентів та актів виконаних робіт.
• Формування платіжних документів і робота з клієнт-банком.

Обов’язки:

• Регулярно готувати та підтримувати управлінську звітність (P&L, Cash Flow, зведені дані за балансом)
• Звіряти та аналізувати банківські виписки та звіти PSP (платіжних сервіс-провайдерів)
• Контролювати рух грошових коштів та фінансові показники за рахунками і платіжними каналами
• Виявляти розбіжності між даними бухгалтерського обліку, банківськими даними та звітами PSP і своєчасно їх усувати

Ваші вміння та досвід:

• Досвід роботи на посаді бухгалтера/помічника від 1 року
• Знання НП(С)БО, базових норм Податкового (ПДВ, ПДФО, ЄСВ) та Трудового (КЗпП) кодексів, а також вимог до оформлення первинних документів

• Контролем розрахунків: перевіркою заліку авансів (36/63, 37/68), проведенням звірок із контрагентами та моніторингом заборгованості.
• Первинною документацією: контролем внесення банківських виписок, накладних та актів у BAS / 1С відповідно до законодавства.
• Обліком необоротних активів: повним супроводом ОЗ, ІНМА та НМА (від оприбуткування та амортизації до ремонтів, списання та участі в інвентаризаціях).
• Кадровим блоком: веденням кадрових наказів, особових справ, роботою з е-лікарняними та порталом ПФУ, а також підготовкою даних для нарахування виплат.
