About the Role
The company is looking for an experienced AI Engineer to lead the development of advanced AI solutions across engineering and business operations. This role is focused on designing and implementing AI agents, deploying and optimizing language models, and building intelligent systems that automate complex workflows and integrate seamlessly into existing tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solutions for internal workflows.
- Build AI agents and automation pipelines.
- Deploy, customize, and optimize open-source LLMs.
Integrate AI with internal tools and development workflows.
Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience building AI solutions and AI agents.
- Strong experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models).
- Experience with RAG, fine-tuning, or deploying custom language models.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
Nice to Have
- Experience automating engineering, QA, or product management workflows.
- Experience introducing AI solutions into product teams.
- Familiarity with MLOps and AI infrastructure.
