We are looking for a Mobilunity.com Senior Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital marketing ecosystem, with a focus on the company brand (Mobilunity.com)  as a core acquisition channel. This role is for a specialist who can build a clear marketing strategy, execute across multiple channels, and ensure consistent lead flow without requiring daily management for themselves.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and develop the marketing strategy focused on leads acquisition for IT staff augmentation / dedicated teams / outstaffing services;
  • Produce MQLs through the corporate website traffic and its supporting channels;
  • Define and prioritize marketing activities and channels across SEO, PPC, ABM, SMM;
  • Work closely with Sales and other in-house teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business development and growth goals;
  • Manage inhouse team of 3–7 people and external vendors;
  • Continuously evaluate channel performance and redistribute resources based on ROI and business impact;
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing and website touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of modern digital marketing channels:
  • SEO (lead-focused, not only traffic-driven)
  • PPC / Paid acquisition
  • Lead Generation funnels
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Social Media Marketing (B2B experience preferred)
  • Marketing analytics and attribution
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing leadership positions in service-based business models;
  • Experience managing small marketing teams, contractors, or agencies;
  • Experience balancing execution with strategy;
  • Ability to communicate clearly about trade-offs, priorities, and business impact;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills;
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution focus;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Ability to participate in specialized events / business trips in Europe.
