Finance Operations Specialist

We are a fast-growing fintech company seeking an experienced Back Office & Finance Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in back-office operations, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day back-office and operational activities.

Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.

Prepare financial, operational, and management reports.

Reconcile accounts and maintain company ledgers.

Communicate and liaise with international banks regarding account operations, payments, compliance requests, and documentation.

Process and monitor domestic and international payments.

Maintain accurate records and organize financial documentation.

Prepare reports and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel.

Support management with administrative and financial tasks.

Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and financial service providers.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience in Back Office, Finance Operations, or Bookkeeping.

Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and financial administration.

Experience working with international banks and financial institutions.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis).

Fluent English (written and spoken) – Mandatory.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Advantage

Previous experience in a fintech, financial services, or banking environment.

Experience in the cryptocurrency / digital assets industry is a strong advantage.

Experience with international payment systems.

Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
