What you'll do
Launch and optimize advertising campaigns across traffic networks and DSP platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI.
Work closely with the Affiliate and Advertising teams to scale profitable campaigns.
Analyze data, identify optimization opportunities, and test new approaches.
Achieve performance goals while managing advertising budgets efficiently.

What we're looking for
2+ years of Media Buying experience with traffic networks.
Hands-on experience with Binom Tracker.
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
Understanding of the Dating vertical and its monetization models.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.
