Junior+/Middle Content Writer
Position overview
You'll join the DashDevs marketing team responsible for creating content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth across international markets.
Our content covers fintech, digital banking, embedded finance, payment systems, AI, software engineering, and product development. You'll collaborate with marketers, engineers, and product experts to create educational and commercial content for prospects and clients in the EU, UK, and US.
The team actively uses AI-powered workflows to improve content creation, combining modern LLM tools with strong editorial standards to produce accurate, engaging, and valuable content.
. Your Background
- 2+ years of commercial experience in content marketing or copywriting, preferably within fintech, financial services, SaaS, or software development
- Daily hands-on experience using AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Perplexity, or similar
- Strong prompting skills and ability to build reusable AI-assisted writing workflows
- Excellent editorial judgment with the ability to identify and correct AI-generated inaccuracies, hallucinations, generic wording, and compliance risks
- Experience creating long-form content, including blog articles (2,000–3,000+ words), case studies, landing pages, and website content
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, software architecture, and fintech infrastructure to business audiences
- Strong research skills and experience interviewing subject-matter experts
- Experience writing for international B2B audiences (EU, UK, US)
- English level — C1+ (must have)
Skills that will be a plus
- Experience building AI-assisted content systems, prompt libraries, and brand voice guidelines
- Experience working with SEO platforms such as Semrush
Knowledge of an additional foreign language
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality content for website pages, blogs, landing pages, case studies, email campaigns, and sales materials
- Use AI tools to support research, drafting, editing, and content repurposing while maintaining editorial quality
- Interview internal experts and transform technical knowledge into engaging thought leadership content
- Ensure consistent brand voice and fact-check all published content for accuracy and clarity
- Research fintech, payments, AI, and software engineering topics
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to create content aligned with business goals
- Contribute to improving AI-assisted content creation workflows and editorial processes
