About the Role
As a Junior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting new affiliate partners, supporting existing affiliates, monitoring traffic quality, and helping scale our affiliate program.
You will work closely with experienced Affiliate Managers and the Analytics team, gaining practical experience while contributing to the growth of our products.
Responsibilities
• Search for and attract new affiliates, media buying teams, and influencers within the Gambling and Betting vertical
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners
• Onboard new partners by providing tracking links, promotional materials, and launch support
• Maintain regular communication with existing affiliates and assist with operational and technical questions
• Monitor traffic quality and campaign performance together with the Analytics team
• Track affiliate performance across CPA and RevShare models
• Participate in monthly traffic reconciliation and partner payment preparation
• Maintain accurate reports and CRM records
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve partner performance and campaign results
Requirements
• 6-12 months of experience as an Affiliate Manager, Account Manager, Media Buyer, or a similar role within Gambling, Betting, CPA Networks, or Product iGaming
• Solid understanding of affiliate marketing models and terminology, including CPA, RevShare, CPL, Baseline, Mindep, Hold, and Postback
• Understanding of major traffic sources, including Facebook Ads, PPC, SEO, ASO, Telegram, Streaming platforms, and other acquisition channels
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with proactive outreach and daily communication through Telegram, Skype, and other messaging platforms
• Analytical mindset with experience using Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms such as Keitaro, Voluum, or similar tools
• Fluent Russian language
• English level B1 or higher will be considered a strong advantage
