Senior VFX Animator (Unity / Spine)

We are looking for a Senior VFX Animator to join a product gaming company building modern casual and skill-based games.
Responsibilities
- Own the full VFX production pipeline from concept to in-game implementation.
- Create gameplay VFX, UI animations, reward effects, and interaction feedback.
- Build and optimize VFX using Unity (Particle Systems, Animator, Timeline, Prefabs) and Spine.
- Ensure high visual quality, gameplay readability, and optimized performance across mobile and desktop.
- Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and engineers.
- Improve VFX pipelines and maintain clean asset organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in real-time VFX and animation.
- Expert knowledge of Unity and Spine.
- Strong experience with Particle Systems, Animator/Timeline, Prefabs, shaders/materials, texture atlases, and optimization (draw calls, mobile performance).
- Experience shipping mobile or cross-platform games.
- Strong understanding of animation timing, gameplay feedback, and UX.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- English, Ukrainian, or Mandarin proficiency.
Mandatory
- Portfolio demonstrating VFX work for gambling, casino, poker, or similar gaming products.
- Verified commercial experience in the gambling industry is required. Candidates without proven gambling experience will not be considered.
