The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic & efficient Customer Support Engineerto join the team.

You will handle daily inquiries, resolve account and billing questions, and participate in the escalation process. Key Responsibilities

● Manage and resolve incoming customer tickets via Zendesk according to SLA (not strict). Emails, AppStore, PlayMarket. NO LiveChats or any other kind of realtime support activities.

● Assist end-users with everyday inquiries, including account setup, subscription management, features usage, and general troubleshooting.

● De-escalate customer frustrations by providing thoughtful, customer-first solutions.

● Understand the internal product and development "kitchen" enough to handle escalation procedures.

● Continuously develop and maintain internal KnowledgeBase.

● Share ideas and raise initiatives to Automate & Optimize the ongoing support process.

Requirements

● ~2 years of experience in a front-line customer support role within a B2C segment.

● Flawless written English: Strong grammar, high tone-of-voice flexibility. Ability to interpret customer inquiries to “technical” language and vice versa.

● IssueTracking System: Manage views, search filters, templates effectively to get rid of manual routine.

● Understanding of SDLC: Familiarity with how app updates, release cycles, and feature updates roll out, allowing you to bridge the gap between user experience  and R&D team.

We are looking for a Senior AI Video Creator / AI Filmmaker who combines strong generative AI production skills with a solid understanding of cinematic storytelling. In this role, you will create AI-driven video content, transforming scripts into engaging visual narratives while working independently within a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated video scenes and sequences, including projects exceeding 5 minutes.
• Transform scripts into compelling visual content using generative AI tools.
• Combine AI-generated video, images, audio, and sound into cohesive, high-quality productions.
• Develop visual storytelling based on creative direction while maintaining creative consistency.
• Execute creative tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

AI Creative Project Manager

We are looking for a  AI Creative Project Manager to join a team creating next-generation mobile micro-drama content powered entirely by Generative AI. In this role, you will oversee the creative quality of AI-generated episodes, ensuring engaging storytelling, visual consistency, and high production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production assets using Gen-AI tools to ensure consistency across characters, environments, and wardrobe.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated micro-drama episodes.
• Audit creative elements including acting, emotional impact, pacing, editing, sound, music, lighting, color, continuity, and overall visual quality.
• Identify creative issues and provide clear, actionable feedback to improve audience engagement and retention.
• Document detailed feedback in structured Excel reports with episode references, timestamps, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with production teams to continuously improve AI-driven creative workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Cinema, Media, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in narrative or scripted content production, preferably as a Script Supervisor, Script Editor, Director, Showrunner, or in a similar senior creative role.
• Strong understanding of micro-drama storytelling, including pacing, dramatic structure, character development, genre conventions, and cliffhanger techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate audience engagement and translate observations into practical creative improvements.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
