Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in VFX / Motion Design (Junior and Middle candidates are welcome)
• Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop (or similar tools)
• Basic skills in creating visual effects: particles, light, smoke, simple motion graphics
• Understanding of video formats, rendering, and export settings
• Experience with title animation and typography
• Basic understanding of technical workflows/pipelines in video production
• Familiarity with AI tools (for content generation, upscaling, automation) is a strong plus
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Portfolio is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit visual effects for video content (promo, advertising, media)

Key Responsibilities
 

Technical Art & Animation

• Create and optimize 2D/3D assets for playable ads
• Work with Blender, Photoshop, and After Effects
• Handle:
  • Model editing and cleanup
  • Asset optimization
  • Materials, lighting, scale, and pivots
  • Exporting game-ready assets such as GLB files and textures
• Animate UI, gameplay feedback, VFX, and characters
• Integrate visuals into HTML5 playable pipelines
• Ensure strong visual quality while maintaining mobile performance
   

Gameplay & Interactive Development

• Use AI tools and agentic workflows to rapidly create gameplay systems, animations, assets, and interactive experiences
• Write, modify, and debug JavaScript / TypeScript to:
  • Control gameplay behavior
  • Tune timing, pacing, and feedback
  • Connect visuals with interaction logic
  • Create a satisfying polish and game feel
• Work with AI coding assistants and modern creative development tools
• Contribute to rapid prototyping and AI-assisted game development pipelines

Required Qualifications
 

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Art, Game Art, Playables, or Interactive Design
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Blender creating game-ready 3D assets
• 2+ years of experience building interactive HTML5 playable ads using web-based game frameworks
• Experience within the mobile gaming industry
• Strong experience with:
  • HTML5

• Strong understanding of game mechanics, game feel, player feedback, and gameplay polish

# Senior VFX Animator (Unity / Spine)

We are hiring a Senior VFX Animator for our client — a product-focused gaming company building next-generation interactive gameplay experiences inspired by modern casual and skill-based games.

We’re looking for a hands-on VFX expert with strong real-time production experience in Unity and Spine who can independently own the full VFX animation pipeline — from concept creation to final in-engine implementation.

The ideal candidate combines strong artistic sensibility with deep technical expertise, creating effects that are visually impactful, gameplay-readable, and optimized for real-time performance across mobile and desktop platforms.

You will collaborate closely with game designers, UI/UX teams, engineers, and artists across multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.

## Responsibilities

### End-to-End VFX Ownership

* Own the complete VFX workflow from concept to implementation

* Create:
