Responsibilities:
πΈΡollaborate with development teams to define project goals, timelines, and budgets;
πΈmanage the project schedule and ensure timely delivery of milestones;
πΈtrack project progress and ensure that development is on track and within budget;
πΈoversee the creation and implementation of project plans and strategies;
πΈfacilitate communication between team members and departments;
πΈidentify and mitigate project risks;
πΈconduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement;
πΈmaintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
πΈ3+ years of experience in game production or related field;
πΈstrong project management and leadership skills;
πΈknowledge of game development processes and industry trends;
πΈexperience managing budgets and schedules;
πΈability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
πΈpassion for gaming and a deep understanding of game design principles.

We are looking for a Middle Game Designer to join our team to work on a long-term project for a well-known iGaming company β PatePlay.Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in similar roles within the gaming industry (2+ years).
- Strong understanding of game production processes and best practices.
- Understanding of slot game mechanics (paylines, reels, RTP, volatility, hit rates, etc.).
- Basic understanding of probability theory and statistics.
- Ability to work with RTP (Return to Player), variance, and payout calculations.
- A deep understanding of the gaming industry, including market trends.
- Understanding of player behavior and motivations.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping.
- Ability to work with other teams (artists, developers, QA and product managers).
- Highly responsible and proactive, with a strong sense of project ownership.
- Effective written and oral communication in English is a must for this role.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Game Design Documents (GDDs), including flows, sounds, animations, BI.
- Assist in designing slot game mechanics, features, and bonus rounds.
- Develop flowcharts, wireframes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Collaborate with mathematicians to balance RTP, volatility, and payout structures.
- Work with artists, animators, and developers to bring designs to life.
- Collaborate with QA teams to refine game mechanics and resolve issues.
- Collect feedback and work on improving game features and user experience.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify successful mechanics and trends.
