     Основні обов’язки:

    • Визначення та реалізація креативного бачення проєктів на основі GDD.
    • Планування та естімація візуальнихі елементів відповідно до GDD.
    • Контроль якості, дедайнів, оцінок та бюджетів.
    • Співпраця з основною командою  (гейм дизайнер, РМ).
    • Створення та редагування 2D-асетів для ігрових проєктів.
    • Використання AI-інструментів у творчому процесі.

       

    Обов’язкові навички та досвід:

    • Можливість самостійного ведення проекту під ключ
    • 3+ років досвіду в ролі Art Director / Art Lead у комерційних ігрових проєктах.
    • Досвід у створенні мобільних ігор.
    • Керівництво командою художників
    • Ведення проєктів до релізу.

    We are looking for an Art Director / Art Lead for a project-based role who, together with their team, will guide the visual direction of our mobile game projects (Social Casino, Casual).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and implement the creative vision of projects based on the GDD
    • Plan and estimate the visual elements according to the GDD
    • Collaborate closely with the core team (Game Designer, Project Manager)
    • Manage quality control, timelines, estimates, and budgets.
    • Create and refine 2D assets for various game projects.
    • Integrate AI tools into the creative process.
