We're looking for a Roblox Gameplay Scripter to own the development of a game from an empty project to a published and monetized title.

You'll be the sole gameplay developer on the project. Art, UI/UX, icons, and marketing are handled by our internal team—you'll focus on building the game according to a detailed written specification.

Tech Stack:

• Luau (Roblox)
• Roblox Studio + Rojo (code lives locally, synced with Studio)

• Basic Blender skills (importing/fixing FBX assets) are a plus

   

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of commercial game development experience
• Strong Luau/Lua skills
• Solid understanding of OOP, modular architecture, and typed code
• Strong knowledge of Roblox client-server architecture:
  • server-authoritative state
  • validated RemoteEvents/RemoteFunctions
• Experience designing robust player persistence systems:
  • save schemas
  • autosaves
  • backups
  • data migrations
• Experience building game economy and progression systems:
  • multiple currencies

• Comfortable with CFrames, vectors, raycasting, physics, and camera systems

  • mobile F2P experience (LiveOps, IAP, retention)

Responsibilities:

• Own a complete Roblox title from architecture to release
• Implement gameplay, progression, persistence, economy, and monetization
• Work from detailed written specifications and deliver working, verified implementations
• Build systems using our internal library of reusable gameplay playbooks and contribute improvements back to it
• Ship on short, fixed release cycles—from concept to publication—with the next title always ready in the pipeline

• Висока швидкість роботи та вміння ефективно працювати в умовах великої кількості креативних ітерацій та швидких тестів.
• Уміння працювати з великим обсягом завдань та дотримуватися дедлайнів.
• Увага до деталей та хороший візуальний смак.
• Наявність портфоліо з релевантними роботами.

Буде плюсом

• Досвід роботи в GameDev або Mobile Apps.
• Навички роботи з пакетом Adobe, у тому числі After Effects, Illustrator.
