We're looking for a Roblox Gameplay Scripter to own the development of a game from an empty project to a published and monetized title.

You'll be the sole gameplay developer on the project. Art, UI/UX, icons, and marketing are handled by our internal team—you'll focus on building the game according to a detailed written specification.

Responsibilities:

• Own a complete Roblox title from architecture to release
• Implement gameplay, progression, persistence, economy, and monetization
• Work from detailed written specifications and deliver working, verified implementations
• Build systems using our internal library of reusable gameplay playbooks and contribute improvements back to it
• Ship on short, fixed release cycles—from concept to publication—with the next title always ready in the pipeline

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience managing complex projects independently.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery management skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, or similar) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

— повне управління та оптимізація рекламної монетизації через платформи медіації;
— налаштування рекламних водоспадів (waterfalls), GEO-сегментація (Tiers) та управління CPM floors;
— регулярний моніторинг ключових метрик: Total Revenue, eCPM, Fill rate, Match rate та Win share рекламних мереж;
— створення щотижневої звітності (MAX report snapshots) та проведення A/B-аналізу (порівняння перформансу тиждень до тижня).
 

У нас буде повний match, якщо у тебе:
— практичний досвід роботи на позиції Ad Monetization Manager або Game Economy/LiveOps Manager від 1.5 років;
— розуміння принципів роботи in-app реклами: Bidding, Waterfalls, Interstitial, Rewarded, Banners;
— вміння працювати з аналітикою та оперувати метриками (eCPM, ARPDAU, Fill Rate, LTV, Retention);
— досвід управління ігровою економікою та монетизацією: від налаштування магазину й лімітованих оферів до оптимізації рекламних плейсментів (Rewarded, Interstitial) та їх балансування для збереження високого Retention;
— розуміння поведінки гравців та того, як монетизація впливає на ігровий досвід (UX);
— аналітичний склад розуму, уважність до деталей та здатність приймати рішення на основі даних (data-driven);
— англійська мова на рівні Intermediate або вище (для роботи з клієнтськими тасками та звітами).
