Our ideal candidate:

• At least 2 years of experience in mobile game development using Unity
• Strong proficiency in C#
• Understanding of OOP principles and commonly used development approaches
• Experience working with physics in 3D Unity projects

• Experience in AI programming in Unity
• Experience working with advertising SDKs

We are partnering with an innovative client in the gaming industry to find two Senior Gameplay Engineersone focused on PC and one on mobile games. This role is ideal for engineers with deep expertise in .NET, C#, and Unity, who have worked on large-scale, graphically intensive, and performance-optimized multiplayer games.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in .NET, C#, and Unity.
• Proven track record of working on high-performance, large-scale multiplayer games.
• Expertise in game optimization, including rendering, physics, and network performance.
• Experience developing real-time multiplayer systems with a focus on stability and scalability.
• Solid understanding of game architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience working in PC or mobile game development (depending on the role).

- Займатися розробкою ігрових механік, ідей та концептів;

- Формувати загальний візуальний стиль та настрій проекту;

We are looking for an experienced Gameplay programmer focused on the animation and agility systems with a passion to learn new technologies and bring unique expertise to increase our professional level in internal and external projects.

Expectations are clear:

• A proven experience in game development.
• 3+ years of experience with Unreal Engine 4.
• The main expected skillset is in the animation system. 
• ALS, like or custom animation systems
• Experience with the Animation Blueprint and C++ anim instance
• Experience in motion warping, IK/FK, animation retargeting systems, animation modifiers, and any related experience is appreciated. 
• Experience working on a multiplayer project is an advantage.
• Good coding skills in C++, Blueprints, and traditional game-related languages.

We are looking for a highly skilled C++ Developer to join our talented team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge 3D mobile games.

Your Responsibilities:
As a C++ Developer, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, ranging from server-side coding to over-the-internet communication protocols, and adapting/modifying existing 3D engines (such as o3de). Depending on your expertise, you will be involved in:

• Developing and maintaining complex C++ code for mobile game applications.
• Working on client-server interactions using TCP/IP and other over-the-internet communication methods.
• Interfacing with other languages to ensure seamless inter-language communication.
• Collaborating with our game design and 3D development teams to optimize and improve our custom game engine.
• Conducting research and development (R&D) to implement cutting-edge algorithms and features within the game engine.

• Participating in the design and implementation of 3D graphics rendering.

   

Key Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in C++ development, with demonstrated success in real-world projects.
• In-depth knowledge of C++, including the Standard Template Library (STL), and familiarity with key C++ features (at least up to C++11).
• Experience working with TCP/IP and network communications is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with 3D graphics programming is a strong advantage.
• Experience in research and development (R&D) and algorithm design is a plus.

• Game development experience is a significant asset.
