Finance Operations Specialist

We are a fast-growing fintech company seeking an experienced Back Office & Finance Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in back-office operations, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial administration.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day back-office and operational activities.
• Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial, operational, and management reports.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain company ledgers.
• Communicate and liaise with international banks regarding account operations, payments, compliance requests, and documentation.
• Process and monitor domestic and international payments.
• Maintain accurate records and organize financial documentation.
• Prepare reports and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Support management with administrative and financial tasks.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and financial service providers.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Back Office, Finance Operations, or Bookkeeping.
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and financial administration.
• Experience working with international banks and financial institutions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis).
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – Mandatory.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
   

Advantage:

• Previous experience in a fintech, financial services, or banking environment.
• Experience in the cryptocurrency / digital assets industry is a strong advantage.
• Experience with international payment systems.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
