What You’ll Be Doing (Affiliate Manager – MEHA/Asia)
- Developing and scaling the affiliate channel across multiple GEOs.
- Sourcing and onboarding new partners (affiliates, teams, influencers).
- Managing and growing existing affiliate relationships.
- Building long-term, high-performing partnerships.
- Analyzing and optimizing traffic (CR, FTD, ROI, etc.).
- Testing new traffic sources and growth hypotheses.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
- Preparing reports and driving growth initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in affiliate marketing (iGaming / casino preferred).
- Advertiser-side experience — must-have.
- Middle+ level of expertise.
- Fluent Russian (required).
- Experience in MEHA and ASIA GEO.
- Strong understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
- Analytical mindset with focus on performance metrics.
- Proactive, results-driven, and growth-oriented.
