About the Project

We are launching a new iGaming venture focused on the regulated and high-potential markets of Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

This is not a typical affiliate role within an established structure. You will join at the very beginning of a new project backed by a successful international holding with strong financial support from investors, proven operational expertise, and ambitious growth plans.

This opportunity is designed for a senior affiliate leader who wants to build something significant from the ground up, shape strategy, influence key decisions, and create a high-performing acquisition ecosystem from day one.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale the affiliate marketing channel across Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
• Develop and execute the affiliate acquisition strategy
• Establish and manage relationships with affiliate partners, SEO affiliates, media owners, and traffic providers
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals
• Source, onboard, and grow a portfolio of high-performing affiliates
• Analyze traffic quality, player value, and campaign performance
• Monitor key metrics including FTDs, NGR, ROI, CPA, retention, and LTV
• Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Analytics, and Management teams
• Participate in building the affiliate team as the project scales

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand markets
• Existing network of affiliate partners and SEO affiliates
• Experience launching and scaling affiliate programs
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and traffic evaluation
• Fluent English
