The Role

We are looking for a Head of Content Distribution & Growth to launch and scale our organic traffic generation department. In this role, you will create and distribute engaging talent-driven content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit, and X/Twitter.

Your mission will be to build a systematic, independent traffic engine that drives sales, boosts brand and talent visibility, and unlocks new monetization opportunities. Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience as an Organic Growth Lead, Creative Lead, or Marketing Lead in the creator economy or digital media.
• Hands-on experience launching and scaling organic traffic through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snap, and Reddit.
• Experience building and managing creative teams (scriptwriters, editors, producers, designers, SMM).
• A deep understanding of the specifics of video distribution: algorithms, formats, platforms, policies, and trends.

• Build a full-cycle content pipeline — from idea generation to creation, publication, and analytics — ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Launch and own a lean, high-performing team of scriptwriters, creatives, video editors, SMM managers, posters, moderators, and designers.

We’re looking for a data-driven and execution-minded Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our marketing engine across multiple countries, channels, and customer segments.

As CMO, you’ll own the full marketing strategy — from paid acquisition and brand building to retention and lifecycle flows. You'll be responsible for designing and executing a multi-market, multi-channel growth system, deeply rooted in business intelligence and experimentation.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Expansion Manager, Product leadership, and founders to enter new markets, build go-to-market (GTM) plans, and shape how mental health is delivered globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing strategy – lead integrated multi-channel strategy (paid, organic, lifecycle, brand, PR) across all markets and segments

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Chief Marketing Officer to build and scale the marketing function for an iGaming operator.

This role is not about managing a single channel — it’s about creating a full marketing system: acquisition → retention → monetization, with clear ownership, strong processes, and measurable revenue impact.

You will report directly to the founders and take full responsibility for marketing strategy, execution, team growth, and P&L. A key part of the role is building the affiliate direction from scratch, with a strong focus on Tier 1 regulated markets and compliance.

Responsibilities

Acquisition (Traffic & Growth)

• Own end-to-end acquisition strategy for Tier 1 markets (volume, quality, CAC)

• Ensure data-driven decisions (cohorts, ARPU, ROI, funnels)
• Align affiliate activity with revenue performance and long-term value

Teams, Processes & Leadership

• Build and scale the marketing organization (up to 40 people in Year 1)
• Manage 5–6 direct reports (Head of Affiliate, Head of Media, CRM/Retention Lead, etc.)
• Build the marketing operating model: structure, planning cycles, reporting

The Role

• Слідкуєш за брендами та продуктами, які досягають крутих результатів, в першу чергу в Україні.
• Маєш естетичний інтелект: високу «надивленість», відчуваєш стиль і вмієш розрізнити якісний візуал.
• Можеш читати, писати та говорити англійською мовою.
