About the role

We're a fast-growing iOS calorie-tracking app, part of ScaleValley (a portfolio of companies), hiring a full-time TikTok Creator Program Manager to build and run our roster of TikTok creators. This is a hands-on operator role: not a generalist VA role, and not a hands-off influencer-director role. You'll personally source creators, run outreach at volume, sign them, and keep them producing and happy. The retention edge in our program lives in the relationship, not the spreadsheet.

 

You should be genuinely AI-native: comfortable letting scraping and AI tools do the heavy lifting on sourcing and drafting, while keeping human judgment on the calls that matter. Fully remote, with meaningful daily overlap with US time zones.

 

What you'll do

  • Source and qualify TikTok creators against a clear rubric: niche fit, live engagement, ability to sell on camera, US audience, and reachable directly.
  • Run personalized cold outreach (DM and email) at a consistent daily cadence, and track the full funnel: reachouts, reply rate, calls/agreements, signs.
  • Onboard signed creators fast so they can produce in their own native style.
  • Keep creators happy and performing: fast communication, enablement (hooks, format swipe files, examples), and a true partnership posture.
  • Monitor channel performance and make data-driven keep / kill / re-brief decisions.

 

Must-haves

  • You've personally recruited and managed TikTok creators (TikTok Shop affiliates or a brand-owned / UGC channel strongly preferred).
  • Real, demonstrable outreach numbers (reply rate, sign rate) from a program you actually ran.
  • AI-native sourcing and drafting: you reach for the right tools, but keep judgment on the decisions that matter.
  • Strong, near-native US English. Our audience is US-facing, so your outreach has to read native, not like an ad.
  • Meaningful daily overlap with US time zones for creator calls and same-day replies.
  • Great with people: creators want to work with you and stick around.

 

Nice to have

  • Experience running a faceless or creator-fronted brand TikTok account.
  • App / DTC / consumer brand background.

 

Hiring process

  3. Call (30 min). We get to know each other, talk through your experience, and how you think about creative.
  4. Paid trial (5 business days). You work with our editor, our tools, and real products: briefs written, assets reviewed, campaigns live by Day 5. If you need ramp-up time before you can start producing, this isn't the right fit.
  5. Full-time start. If the trial goes well, you move straight into the full contract.
