Direct ROI & Revenue Generation: Turn organic distribution into the primary, high-margin revenue driver for the company’s talent portfolio, shifting from chaotic views to predictable cash flow.
Infrastructure-Backed Profitability: Build and operationalize a high-output distribution department from scratch, establishing scalable workflows (automated uniqueization, mass-posting) that lower acquisition costs and maximize profit margins.
Volume & Velocity Leverage: Establish full control over daily lead-generation volumes, using strict performance metrics as direct levers to intentionally scale and manipulate traffic according to business targets.
Operational Resilience (Anti-Ban Stability): Secure the company’s financial growth by building a bulletproof, policy-compliant account infrastructure that eliminates revenue drops caused by platform bans or restrictions
Key Responsibilities

- Build a content generation and distribution pipeline from scratch (idea - creation - publication - analytics).
- Hire and manage a lean team: scriptwriters, creatives, video editors, SMM managers, posters, moderators, and designers.
- Identify and launch key growth channels (TikTok, Meta, Snap, YT, Reddit, X).
- Develop a creative "format bible" for various talents.
- Approve viral and safe content during pre- and post-production stages.
- A/B test creatives, optimizing retention strategies, and conversion funnels.
- Analyze and systematically improve distribution channels based on performance metrics.
- Generate and implement new ideas for organic growth, including launching new channels and formats.
Ideal Candidate
We need a Performance Content expert, not just a creative. You must know how to scale automated content uniqueization while maintaining the critical product metrics (CTR /Retention/engagement) that trigger viral distribution.
Must-haves:
- 2-3+ years of experience as an Organic Growth Lead, Creative Lead, or Marketing Lead in the creator economy or digital media.
- An analytical mindset: understanding how to track and interpret key content performance metrics using tools like TikTok, Meta, Snap, and YouTube Analytics.
- Hands-on experience launching and scaling organic traffic through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snap, and Reddit.
- Experience in performance marketing to support organic results and initial growth.
- A deep understanding of the specifics of video distribution: algorithms, formats, platforms, policies, and trends.
- Experience building and managing creative teams (scriptwriters, editors, producers, designers).
- A portfolio with successful case studies: viral campaigns, scaled content strategies, subscriber growth, and increased views/revenue.
- Fluent in English, understanding of trends and pop culture in tier-1 countries.
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of the NSFW industry: content, restrictions, and audience behavior
