Junior Motion Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Motion Designer / AI Video Editor  to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for video content, motion graphics, and emerging social media trends. You will be responsible for creating engaging short-form video content, motion graphics, and marketing creatives across multiple platforms while collaborating closely with Marketing, PR, and Design teams.
 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Edit Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content for social media platforms;
• Create motion graphics, animated assets, and video creatives for marketing campaigns;
• Use AI-powered tools to generate, animate, and enhance video content and creative assets;
• Produce, edit, and package content from conferences, industry events, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage, often within tight deadlines;
• Adapt and repurpose content across multiple formats, aspect ratios, and social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube;
• Collaborate with Affiliate Marketing, Product Marketing, PR, and Design teams to develop compelling visual content;
• Stay up to date with social media, video editing, and AI content trends;
• Ensure timely delivery of content according to marketing calendars, product launches, and event schedules;
• Maintain high quality standards and visual consistency across all content and marketing materials.
   

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• Experience in video editing and content creation for social media platforms;
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe After Effects (or equivalent software);
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, video generation, or scene animation (Runway, Kling, Midjourney, Veo, Higgsfield, ChatGPT, or similar platforms);
• Experience creating short-form content such as Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts;
• Basic motion design and animation skills;
• Understanding of current social media trends, formats, and content best practices;
• Attention to detail, structured workflow, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Intermediate or higher level of English.
