For our Partner we are looking for a CRM & Retention Lead. 

About the Project

We are an established crypto casino operating successfully since 2019, serving players across key international markets. Our primary focus is LATAM, including Argentina, Brazil, and Chile, alongside selected African and CIS markets.

Today, we are entering the next stage of growth and scaling, focused on strengthening our CRM, retention, and player lifecycle management capabilities. Our team is small, experienced, and highly efficient, with a strong culture of ownership, initiative, and results.

We are looking for a CRM & Retention Lead who will take ownership of player engagement, retention strategy, bonus mechanics, and lifecycle communications across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies to increase player engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding and activation to retention, reactivation, and VIP growth.
  • Build and manage CRM calendars, promotional plans, and communication strategies.
  • Design and optimize welcome journeys, reload campaigns, cashback programs, tournaments, missions, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Create and improve player segmentation models based on behavior, value, and engagement.
  • Analyze player activity and retention metrics to identify growth opportunities and churn risks.
  • Launch and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, Telegram, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with Product, VIP, Support, Payments, and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor CRM performance and continuously improve campaign effectiveness through testing and data analysis.
  • Manage CRM tools and ensure accurate campaign execution and reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and regular performance reports for management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing within iGaming, Crypto Casino, Sportsbook, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of player lifecycle management and retention mechanics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and behavioral marketing.
  • Experience designing and managing bonus programs, loyalty systems, and promotional mechanics.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with key CRM KPIs, including:
    • Retention Rate
    • Reactivation Rate
    • Churn Rate
    • Bonus ROI
    • NGR
    • ARPU / ARPPU
    • LTV
    • Conversion Rates
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience working with BI and analytics tools is a strong advantage.
  • English level sufficient for working in an international environment.
