Unity Game Developer (WebGL) | Remote | Full-time

HYRO GAMES is a UAE-based studio making casual games for web platforms from a single Unity codebase. We're a small team โ€” you'll work directly with the founders and our game artist, own the WebGL pipeline end to end, and see your work ship to real players within days.

 

What you'll do:

  • Own build-size and first-load-time optimization on instant platforms. this is the metric that decides everything
  • Structure projects with Addressables so games start in seconds and content streams in behind the player
  • Integrate platform SDKs, bridging C# with JavaScript (.jslib)
  • Wire in ads, purchases where platforms support them, and analytics
  • Start by shipping our existing Unity titles grow into building our reusable multi-platform kit and original games

You need:

  • 3+ years of professional Unity/C# with shipped, live games
  • Real WebGL experience  browser memory limits, compression trade-offs, load-time budgets
  • Addressables experience lazy-loading architecture, not just asset packing
  • Platform SDK integration in WebGL (C# โ†” JavaScript, .jslib)
  • The habit of testing your own failure paths before delivery game.
