Unity Game Developer (WebGL) | Remote | Full-time

HYRO GAMES is a UAE-based studio making casual games for web platforms from a single Unity codebase. We're a small team — you'll work directly with the founders and our game artist, own the WebGL pipeline end to end, and see your work ship to real players within days.

What you'll do:

• Own build-size and first-load-time optimization on instant platforms. this is the metric that decides everything
• Structure projects with Addressables so games start in seconds and content streams in behind the player
• Integrate platform SDKs, bridging C# with JavaScript (.jslib)
• Wire in ads, purchases where platforms support them, and analytics
• Start by shipping our existing Unity titles grow into building our reusable multi-platform kit and original games

You need:

• 3+ years of professional Unity/C# with shipped, live games
• Real WebGL experience  browser memory limits, compression trade-offs, load-time budgets
• Addressables experience lazy-loading architecture, not just asset packing
• Platform SDK integration in WebGL (C# ↔ JavaScript, .jslib)
• The habit of testing your own failure paths before delivery game.

HYRO GAMES is a UAE-based studio making casual and hyper-casual games for web browsers and mobile. We're hiring a 2D/3D game artist to create and reskin game art that makes each of our titles look unique.

You'll work directly with our Unity developer — they handle the code and builds, you handle the visuals. We build many games from ready-made Unity templates, so a big part of the work is reskinning: giving each template a fresh, distinct look (characters, environments, UI, icons) so it stands out.

What you'll do:

• Create and reskin 2D and/or 3D game art in a casual / hyper-casual style — characters, environments, props, UI, icons
• Work inside Unity: import assets, set up sprites/prefabs/materials, basic animation, simple VFX, and UI layouts
• Produce app icons and store screenshots that help games get installs
• Collaborate with the developer so art fits the game and runs well

You need:

• 2+ years creating game art, with a portfolio of casual/mobile-style work
• Strong 2D and/or 3D art skills in a clean, appealing casual style
• Comfortable working inside Unity (importing and setting up art, materials, simple animation, UI) so you can deliver reskinned builds with little developer help
• Good eye for color, composition, and UI
• Reliable remote communication

Big plus:

• Hyper-casual / casual game art experience specifically
• UI/UX art, icon design, light animation and VFX ("juice")
• Experience reskinning templates or shipping multiple titles
• Spine, DOTween, particle effects

You do NOT need to code.
