Magecom invites an experienced HR Administrator passionate about people, company culture, and building effective HR processes. The HR Administrator at Magecom is a key team member who ensures smooth HR operations, supports employees throughout their journey within the company, and contributes to creating a positive and productive work environment

 

Requirements:

 

  • 1+ years of experience in an admin, HR specialist, HR Manager, or similar role;
  • Practical experience in managing the employee lifecycle;
  • Experience with onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement processes;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment;
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach;
  • Experience working in an IT company is a plus;
  • Experience with multinational teams is a plus;
  • Intermediate or better English level.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support and improve HR processes and policies across the company;
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and support employee adaptation;
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and gather employee feedback;
  • Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives;
  • Coordinate employee celebrations, including birthdays, work anniversaries, etc;
  • Manage company branded merchandise, and related purchasing and distribution activities;
  • Support employee recognition programs and internal company events.
  • Assist managers in resolving employee relations issues and people-related challenges;
  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
