Magecom invites an experienced HR Administrator passionate about people, company culture, and building effective HR processes. The HR Administrator at Magecom is a key team member who ensures smooth HR operations, supports employees throughout their journey within the company, and contributes to creating a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in an admin, HR specialist, HR Manager, or similar role;
- Practical experience in managing the employee lifecycle;
- Experience with onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement processes;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment;
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach;
- Experience working in an IT company is a plus;
- Experience with multinational teams is a plus;
- Intermediate or better English level.
Responsibilities:
- Support and improve HR processes and policies across the company;
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and support employee adaptation;
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and gather employee feedback;
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives;
- Coordinate employee celebrations, including birthdays, work anniversaries, etc;
- Manage company branded merchandise, and related purchasing and distribution activities;
- Support employee recognition programs and internal company events.
- Assist managers in resolving employee relations issues and people-related challenges;
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
