We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to lead large-scale e-commerce projects for our clients. Most of our clients are based in the United States, so you must have a very good command of English. We consider only candidates having 5+ years experience in big e-commerce projects, B2B and B2C.

Other requirements include:

1. Strong management skills. Yes, it may seem obvious, but it’s surprisingly rare. You should excel in time management, people management, and, of course, project management.
2. Expert level e-commerce domain and e-commerce platforms knowledge. You should have a deep understanding of e-commerce field, including major platforms, their functionality and capabilities. We primarily work with Magento (Adobe Commerce), but experience with other platforms is also valuable.

3. A strong work ethic and results-driven mindset. Successful project delivery can be challenging, but it is also highly rewarding - both professionally and financially.

The HR Administrator at Magecom is a key team member who ensures smooth HR operations, supports employees throughout their journey within the company, and contributes to creating a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in an admin, HR specialist, HR Manager, or similar role;
• Practical experience in managing the employee lifecycle;
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement processes;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment;
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach;
• Experience working in an IT company is a plus;
• Experience with multinational teams is a plus;
• Intermediate or better English level.

Responsibilities:

• Support and improve HR processes and policies across the company;
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and support employee adaptation;
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and gather employee feedback;
• Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives;
• Coordinate employee celebrations, including birthdays, work anniversaries, etc;
• Manage company branded merchandise, and related purchasing and distribution activities;
• Support employee recognition programs and internal company events.
• Assist managers in resolving employee relations issues and people-related challenges;
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
